Their whole system is a joke I am trying not to use profanity I tried to make a reservation using an eGift Card but the system wouldn t accept it unless also entered my credit card info too Then when all was submitted they charged my c c and not the eGift Card Then when I tried to contact their Customer Service they don t have a phone number So I used the chat feature and after submitted my inquiry I was forwarded to Just Ask a fee for service company Are you Fxxking kidding me Mel P

I would say below zero but that s not an option Over 3 hours for wait for a game but to make matters worst over 2 hours wait for food I mean in mass produced fried crap how does it take so long to cook Cancelled the order and got u er eats Kentucky instead which came in 15 minutes This will be my last visit here not worth the wait and definitely not worth paying 40 non refundable deposit to book a game This place is absolute chaotic

BE CAREFUL I booked a two bay event and then tried to cancel a week in advance due to covid exposure I was told sorry not sorry on my deposit even though the website says if you cancel within 24 hours you ll receive a full refund I sent an email canceling my event on a Thursday night for the Friday the FOLLOWING week and they see this as within 7 days and no deposit is refunded BECAUSE I RESERVED TWO BAYS SO TO RECAP I NOW MUST TAP MY INTEGRITY AND EAT A PERSONAL LOSS TO KEEP TOPGOLF CUSTOMERS HEALTHY A LESSER PERSON WOULD COME ANYWAY Just know you might be next to someone who doesn t feel well but didn t want to lose money

Horrendous
Basically topgolf is the worst managed establishment in it s entirety We went to book the week before as that s what we were told to do and they did not release the afternoon slots we then contacted again and told to wait until the Wednesday before the system then crashed and we contacted again to be told there is a glitch We have turned up again today and was told to wait 5 hours which we have we then went back to reception to be told we need to wait another 3 hours Horrendous from top golf Management are useless

Awful customer service
We queued to get in for 1 hour 15 minutes to only then be told it will be another 2 hours 10 minute wait We eventually found a table to sit down at to have food drinks while we waited but then nobody came to serve us for 35 minutes after asking to be served twice Extremely disappointed in our experience here and will not be returning

Just horrible ordered 3 gift cards for Christmas from them the week BEFORE Thanksgiving cards NEVER ARRIVED and not one email or callback or anything from them after I emailed AND called and left messages now on JANUARY 6th finally got an email stating they were now shipping them Thanks for ruining Christmas This WILL be the last gift cards I ever order and my kids will not be going back there as instructed Horrible customer service
