Hats got re-routed back to their address and got delivered to them for some reason has been 4 days of me trying to get some contact from them and nothing I have emailed messaged on Instagram opened a PayPal dispute and still no response terrible terrible service I have had no refund

Slight imperfections

I bought a New Era cap from topperzstore co uk thinking it was UK company I realised afterwards that Topperzstore is based in Austria My cap arrived nine days later with slight imperfections The worse of which is small amount of fabric sticking out from between the bill visor and the front panel

they should let people know when something is out of stock before taking the money

they took my money after i paid for my order and then sent me and email a day later saying the cap i ordered is no longer in stock i asked for a refund and they said it would take 5 business days
