I bought some tile from you many years ago which are now obsolete but l had one spare Just recently one got damaged but l had disposed of my tile cutter I called into your Sittingvourme branch and a charming very helpful girl named Frances helped me by cutting it to the right size Thank you Frances l would recommend others using this store Thank you again

I visited the Purley Way store to purchase vinyl flooring for my kitchen after choosing the product online Unfortunately it wasn t held in stock at the branch but the sales assistant quickly sourced the product at the Charlton branch and arranged for it to be delivered that afternoon I was told it would be delivered by 4pm but it arrived at 1 30pm A brilliant all-round service

Staunton Multicolour Floor Tiles

We have replaced utility floor tiles with Staunton Multicolour as the old floor tiles were never laid correctly and were cracking The new tiles are an excellent product We were notified when they were available for collection and the return process for complete surplus boxes was very straightforward Overall very happy with the service from the Newton Abbott branch

Good products and fantastic staff

Ordered various tiles plus LVT flooring from the Telford Superstore Plenty of product choice at prices to suit all budgets What really impressed us though was the fantastic customer service All the staff are friendly and knowledgeable but a very special thank you to Holly and Jake for helping us out and going the extra mile Nothing was too much trouble and it was very much appreciated

Great service from knowledgeable staff

My visit to the Hillingdon store was the fourth store I went to in search of a particular tile as I needed 8 square metres to replace damaged tiles I took a sample tile with me and the assistant quickly identified the pattern and immediately confirmed that they had them in stock I placed the order and paid for the tiles and there was no problem with the tiles being kept until I needed them

we were looking for tiles for our kitchen and wanted quite large ones to fit a specific space a member of staff asked us if we needed any help when they saw us looking lost the help and advice we got was superb nothing seemed too much trouble for them and we were able to get what we wanted and it was all done with with a big smile and a warm voice Ian Barrow
