So rude and unhelpful They tell you to go to the pharmacy or A E that is all they can do Seriously putting lives at risk The receptionists are hardly able to pass important medical information on as they are just that receptionists no medical training no understanding of medical terms they are missing important key words which go right above their heads Horrible surgery horrible staff horrible attitudes throughout This surgery is the best example for why the NHS is not working Bring on private medical care and sack the lazy bums
