New Toilet and toilet seat

Had a new toilet fitted by Tom and the toilet seat which the company had supplied to Pro plumb for the toilet didn t fit the toilet correctly Luke contacted the company and sent photos but they said that is how it s supposed to be and wouldn t do anything about it Luke ordered me a new toilet seat himself which Tom fitted today and it fits perfect Thank you so much for sorting this out I have used Pro plumb for years along with a wide range of family and friends and highly recommend them Very helpful knowledgeable and friendly
