After sales service terrible
Solar panels were fitted in May 2024 No problem with the installation After receiving our first power bill it was only 14 lower than the previous one despite the fact that the house was empty for 5 weeks So I called Town Country and asked that someone contact me to help explain the bill and why it was still so high then I could approach the energy company again with a little knowledge behind me Received a call from Mick said he would get back to me in a couple of days Five weeks and four phone calls to them later still no help Not good customer relations
