Brilliant

From start to finish the service and products have been brilliant Iv purchased a few items now and iv had no complaints Had to contact the company this evening about my order and had a reply with in 30mins wish all company was like this Definitely highly recommend toxicfox

Wow what can I say amazing

I sent an order through approx 2100hrs for 10 beach towels and suddenly realised I d made an error on one I emailed and within 20 mins bare it mind it was gone 2200hrs when I realised a member of the team responded and amended my order No fuss at all I was truly amazed and it was my error not theirs I will most certainly recommend on customer service alone However delivery was spot on and arrived earlier than expected and the quality of the towels was better than I expected I can t wait to see everyone s faces at Christmas when they open our family towels for our summer holiday They really are made of great quality pictures are great and again as I started with customer service was second to none amazing Thank you I ll definitely order again

Fantastic towels and awesome customer service

I ordered myself a towel which when it came I was so pleased with Its great on holiday and washes lovely too I was so pleased I ordered two more as gifts When one arrived it was clear the courier had damaged the packaging and the towel inside was unfortunately spoiled too When I contacted customer care they not only replied within half an hour Marvin was amazing they completely replaced the towel - which was not even their fault it was the courier Can t say any more about how good their customer service is My friends have all bought towels from here as well for our upcoming holiday and I will continue to recommend ToxicFox Brilliant well done

Excellent customer service

Very impressed by the customer care team I initially contacted them regarding what changes could be made to the character they got back to me so quickly and couldn t have been more helpful They made the changes for me and let me review it first to make sure I was happy before going ahead 5 service

I had ordered a towel for my partner

I had ordered a towel for my partner but forgot to change his eyes colour after processing the order I emailed the care team and a lovely lady Lucy replied almost instantly and quickly solved my problem Excellent customer service

Absolutely love all the items I have bought from this site All have always been good quality and delivered fast On this one occasion I experienced a default with one of my bag purchased as the printing began to come off I emailed the customer support team and I received a very fast response The customer team have been extremely helpful have have been quick to rectify my problem and I am more than happy with the result And for this support I will continue to use products from this company as I know I am guaranteed a good service Thank you

Placed a order I realised I had made mistakes on the characters I had created I contacted customer services and Lucy and Marvin couldn t have been anymore helpful I got the characters I wanted Now looking forward to receiving the beach towels Many thanks to Lucy Marvin
