Worst dealership ever Will Never go there again
I bought 2018 Nissan Rogue After 3 days axel and transmission box broke They have to send to Nissan dealership to fix it Been 3 weeks not fixed yet I don t they car inspection is real or fake How can a car broken after 3rd day and they gave me clean car inspection wow I hope my review can help some other peoples Won t hassle their worst experience Even AMVIC said if you knew issue was there before you bought car You can still get refund back or exchange your car even used one I even know email store CEO never reply me Anyways never ever go to that dealership For used car get your own inspection from outside that might help you They have their own handy man to says no problem or write fake inspection may be please I will advised you get your own inspection for used car They are doing fake They won t tell you what s wrong with car

WORST experience EVER
Update We recently contacted the Vice President of Go-Auto to explain our situation with Toyota on the Trail in detail His response was professional and kind and he apologized for the difficulties we experienced Additionally we received a full refund I sincerely hope his intervention will prevent such issues from occurring in the future We greatly appreciate his help ---------------------------------------------------------------My recent experience at Toyota on the Trail was extremely disappointing Initially we were assured that the lease terms and payments were approved as discussed However upon arrival to pick up the car all agreed-upon conditions were unexpectedly changed The coverage promised was not provided as agreed Despite being assured our 1 000 CAD deposit would be refunded under any circumstance we were denied due to alleged compliance with terms we did not agree to Moreover we were threatened by them for refusing to accept their new deal which was completely different to the initial one payments and coverage This experience reflects a concerning LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM AND INTEGRITY in their business practices
