Bought a GR Yaris earlier this year

Bought a GR Yaris earlier this year before they announced the ballot for the facelift in fact IIRC even before the facelift was announced Bought it because I love cars I love the story of the GR Yaris I love Toyotas I had a Starlet Turbo way back when I have driven rally-prepped GT86 etc I love the fact it is a hand-built homologation special that drives like a proper old-school hot hatch etc So I just called Toyota to ensure I am registered as new owner so I can go on the ballot for a facelift one which I would love Apparently you have to have owned your current GR Yaris for min 12 months to get on the ballot So they have now created a scenario where a genuine enthusiast i e me who loves the current car its story and the brand and btw I bet I love all this stuff more than 90 of the people in the actual company is being turned-off Toyota because folk in the commercial team made up a rule I appreciate this is a first world problem but if anyone now asks me what I think of Toyota I will say that I think they are disgusting Bad bad bad Toyota What are you playing at Props to you Toyota you saw this and you rectified very quickly including me being able to talk about this with a human Thank you and good job

I visited Steven Edgell Toyota dealer in Bishops Stortford on 14th January 2023 Both myself and my husband received excellent customer service from Nana Tawiah who really took the time to understand what we wanted and the receptionist was also very nice indeed Although we did not purchase a car I would have no hesitation in recommending this dealer to other people

I am a great fan of toyota so when my Yaris 1999 packed up I got a second hand Toyota Aygo from a main agent that had 10 000 on the clockand was in very good condition After getting the car I started finding how clever this little car is like getting to change gear at the right time to save petrol and not to over rev the engine which really helps now with the cost of petrol the way it is The gear box is very user friendly and is a pleasure to drive The in car aircon ventilation system is really accurate and effective The inbuilt car radio is really good and hold the signal really well The inbuilt sat nav is really usefulSo all in all well done Toyota
