I appreciate how important it is for reviews to be open honest and transparent Therefore it is with great pleasure that I can confirm that Trackstar customer services is exceptional I had an issue that needed to be addressed and within 24 hours approx not only was my concern attended too it was solved laudably I spoke with Eshan Ali and Kerry Corbette and without a shadow of doubt the level of care professionalism and attention to detail provided by these agents quite frankly was exceptional I salute them both Indeed I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Trackstar The level of protection is awesome and the subscription cost is value for money and especially in light of the fact that my insurance premium dropped thereby covering almost 70 of the 3 years subscription to Trackstar If you know deep down that your car is vulnerable to thieves then I would highly recommend you consider Trackstar for your peace of mind Overall experience score 10 10
