horrible customer service
horrible customer service I had a situation which was my fault and contacted them I was understanding as I am a small business owner myself and because of the pandemic and if they had told me no for my refund I would have been fine with it and I still am The situation consisted of my sibling accidentally placing my custom order which was super inaccurate which again is my fault and I would have totally understood if they said no I did email them once for a refund and then they said no and then they said no and I emailed them back requesting a partial refund I tried to be as considerate as possible and if they had said no I would have been fine In my second email I wrote s there anyway I could get a partial refund I totally understand that your team is risking a lot but just anything at all would be greatly appreciated I would say this is considerate compared to the other complaints my business have recieved and I was expecting a no However they responded with No I m sorry we are unable to offer refunds You have a talented little sister that can add a credit card add to cart and submit an order Get her into the business First sentence totally understand however everything after the words refunds was 100 unnecessary and rude I am a retail service worker and small biz owner so I understand crabby customers but I will never respond to a customer this way especially if they weren t rude and they were willing to be understanding I am just very sad I gave 150 to this company If I did waste it I should have burnt it instead

Transferexpress is a total scam company
Total scam company Make sure to chargeback for their bogus fees they charge for Their terms of service don t let you about these design fees and that these are part of the scam I offered to make it right through their online chat but was told to bad so sad

Lord knows I wish I would have read the reviews first My order was late and wrong When I called about they wanted to charge me for the mistake they made I will never ever order here The customer service is poor also I spend over 200 and can t use the design because it s wrong

I WISH THERE WAS A ZERO
Believe me if I could give them a 0 I would I wish I had read all the bad reviews first I am on a time crunch and they new it First off they got my order right whew But I can not press the transfer on the shirt because the backing sheet doesn t come off without ripping the transfer off the shirt with it I called omg so the lady walks me thru everything after asking me all the questions and wanting photos Tells me there is probably to much adhesive but I need to send them back to have them tested Ok sure but on my dime she says then if they are not defective which is probably what they will say then I have to pay again for more transfers Not happening So now I spend money on 50 transfers for little kids shirts that they are expecting and now will not get Thank you so much for your company NOT

Terrible customer service Go somewhere else
My transfers were sent 5 days late I lost a huge client because of it I tried to give them the opportunity to make it right by refunding me Spent HOURS on the phone and once they got them back I wasn t given a full refund On one of my orders before that my design was cut off really badly on a reorder They gave me such a hard time about reprinting them Even asked me if it was a big deal that 20 of the heart was cut off because it didn t look that bad I ve been ordering from TE since 2005 through several organizations that I have worked for and to say that I m disappointed in the service lately would be an understatement I understand that things happen But there is no excuse for the lack of good customer service on the back end I even followed up with them to give them another chance to fix it and terrible They will leave you high and dry

Horrible Express
Not only do you have to pay quite a lot for these transfers that aren t even durable but you also have to pay for shipping on top of taxes This company has ruined an event for me due to lack of communication No one called me to let me know my design wasn t ok to print due to copy right When I printed 2 precious ordered that we re almost the same situation I will never order from this company again They have cause me to not have the product I needed for my next event I really tried to loo Ike this company if I did not call them myself I would of looked even more stupid waiting for something that was never processed I m very disappointed

I ordered the puff transfers and they are TRASH I have been in a debate with customer service team for a week They act like I don t know how to read instructions or apply a transfer I have been using heat presses for 20 years and have a ton of experience It was a big waste of money I ordered some transfers from a competitor and theirs worked perfectly and have a AWESOME puff to them Transfer express is not getting my money anymore

I wish I would have read the reviews before making an order of 110 transfers for my grandson s campaign This is seriously a matter of life and death and I have ruined already 33 shirts along with 33 transfers that they did and it is not worth it I am at a loss of a company that doesn t care about anything but monies and doesn t give refunds but credits I am NOT buying from you anymore so why credit

Terrible Customer Service
My initial experience with them was good but lately their customer service just seems to want to give whatever answer they feel like giving I put my order in on a weekend and then I had a customer of mine want an extra shirt I tried to update the qty of my order to accommodate my customer but was told No it was already in production It s Sunday I m pretty sure there is NO PRODUCTION going on since your office is not open I was told that since it was a direct order on the web site and didn t need artist help it goes directly into production que and no changes can be made Again I ve asked for QTY to be updated before and the person who answered did it with NO PROBLEM why because it wasn t in print yet What they want is for me to place a new order with the MINIMUM they require of 6 and pay over 150 plus 15 shipping to get extra when they could have just updated the QTY in my current order and I would have paid an extra 40 or so for the 6 added and one shipping cost for the entire order They have gotten alot of orders from me but this was the last straw I will be researching new print companies going forward

Terrible Customer Service
Terrible Customer Service Save yourself time and hire a local printer Have been doing business with them for 7 years and have put up with their awful service for the entirety but today was the final straw We have spent tens of thousands of dollars and will never give these people another dime DO NOT purchase with transfer express
