GEO Knight stands behind their product They are always willing to assist with documentation to get their heat presses up and running again should there ever be an issue with them They have also communicated directly with our customers to help them when they are having trouble I have never had a time when GEO Knight has not been able to correct or fix an issue that any of our customers or even ourselves were having GEO Knight provides very detailed instruction as to what the problem is and why it is happening The best part they then provide the information to correct the issue GEO Knight heat-presses are the best in the industry I would only recommend you purchase one of theirs vs any others on the market
