Can t recommend highly enough

Christian and his team exceeded all expectations We had not put ourselves in others hands in this way before and were quite nervous about feeling too organised and on a schedule but will definitely be doing so again Still felt completely personal and flexible but all travel stress removed and benefitted hugely from Africa Geographic s knowledge and experience For example We missed a flight connection at the start of our trip but one call meant all knock-on effects were sorted by the time we landed We went to two small camps we would not otherwise have found Laikipia Wilderness Camp and Enkewa Camp in the Mara - do not miss either of these Guides drivers cars boats bikes restaurant reservations all appeared as if by magic We stayed in 10 different places over 3 weeks and each was well planned and delivered the wow factor

Three nights at Tswalu

Stayed at Twsalu for 3 nights a fortnight ago A magic experience Arranged by and booked through African Geographic AG found us the perfect guide as requested birding and photography expert Also a private vehicle and a special night on a sleep-out platform with personal catering at no extra cost Communications and pre-trip info were spot on

A safari holiday nothing better

A safari holiday such as this is perhaps one of the best nothing better All one has to concern oneself with is getting up in the morning showering and getting dressed the rest is done for you AND how well they do it 3 nights at Mapula Camp and 3 nights at Sable Alley Camp in the Okavango delta Food outstanding staff friendly efficient and the guides both Koster at Mapula and Tizzar at Sable Alley were delighted when I said big game is fine but we are interested in the birds I even got Koster a lifer with a vagrant Freckled Nightjar and Tizzar two Red-backed Shrike and Dusky Lark Yes a wonderful diversion and distraction from these covid pandemic times Mel Tripp

Toddlers on Safari - did it work

Nadia from Africa Geographic Travel helped me find a suitable toddler friendly location in the bush for us to celebrate my 70th birthday And what a success it was Timeous transfers to and from the airport Comfy accomodation Superb food But most important an excellent guide who helped us find quality animal sightings Lions settling next to the vehicle Close-up elephant encounters An inquisitive black rhino On the last morning even a leopard What a beautiful introduction to real wildlife for my grandchildren all under 5 years They will not forget the grey g0-away bird either Nor the bamboons as the two-old called them The little ones were so well behaved around animal sightings Certainly a memorable safari experience with toddlers Thank you Africa Geographic Travel for making this dream become a reality

Short notice travel arrangements leading to a wonderful walking safari

Nadia from Africa Geographic Travel arranged on short notice same day a wonderful trip including a walking safari in the Greater Kruger This was done in a quick and uncomplicated manner Nadia stayed in contact during the trip to see if all went well and if there was anything needed or missing All was nicely prepared and selected very nice Guest Houses Camps and Glamping The walking safari was most unique a fantastic experience out in the bush with 2 guides Hans Ensslin and Brendan Davies who made all the difference Thanks to their experience and thoughtfulness care and dedication we had an amazing and unforgettable time Well done Hans and Brendan and thanks as well Nadia for your friendly and easy support

I am indebted to Christian Boix Africa Geographic Travel for the excellent insight and organisation regarding my needs to do a peaceful walking Safari He could not have got it better The Africa on Foot Wilderness Trail - After 4 nights 3 days walking and tenting glamping more likely in the beautiful Maseke Reserve I had 4 nights 5 days in the equally lovely Klaserie Reserve My guides Keegan and then Adi were absolutely amazing knowledgeable gentle kind and passionate about what they do I saw so much and learnt so much Thank you Christian and Africa Geographic Travel for soooooo giving me the ideal tranquil and heart filling week ever

Family trip to Okawango

We wanted a family trip to Okawango Africa that was adventurous but of high quality They chose 3 different camps in the desert in the middle of the Okawango and on the limit of the Okawango This allowed us for three very different experiences and different sets of animals We spent 4 days on each camp per our request but 3 days could be enough to see everything at each site
