Short add-on trip made my planning so much easier

Brilliant Africa helped me with a short trek in the Rwenzori Mountains of western Uganda I had a week between other planned East African travel and wanted to go to this bucket list location My armchair research became a bit frustrating as most offerings were for summitting these mountains which I wasn t interested in Tracy asked me just the right questions to develop and provide an itinerary for me I was also provided with an essential packing list and destination guide both of which were very useful All the travel arrangements went smoothly and the food was good and copious The trek itself was wonderful-impeccable guides in an unforgettable landscape I found it to be excellent value for money It isn t my usual style to book with a tour company but in this case Brilliant Africa made an already complicated trip much easier for me I recommend them highly

Gorilla Trekking in Uganda

I have just returned from 14 days in Uganda The entire experience was outstanding From my first contact with Marc everything ran so smoothly Communication was excellent The holiday was everything I could have hoped for The two gorilla treks chimpanzee trek 3 boat cruises a hike through the mountain forest visit to a rhino sanctuary and numerous games drives all were fantastic The standard of accommodation was perfect service excellent and the food was sensational My local guide on the ground Denis was also outstanding I highly recommend Brilliant Africa and Marc in particular and would certainly use them again

Fantastic service and great local knowledge

Unfortunately we had to change our plans and didn t make it to Uganda as we d hoped in the end due to changes in our personal circumstances However Brilliant Africa and Marc especially offered us exceptional service and support when planning and booking our trip Their knoweledge of the area and professional service was a pleasure to deal with and I d highly recommend them I really hope that we ll have an opportunity to travel through them in the future

Excellent customized trip to Uganda gorilla trekking and Tanzania safari Brilliant definitely gets to know you before proposing an itinerary As another reviewer also said it will be hard for me to travel any other way going forward I deeply appreciate Brilliant s attention to the local people as well This includes the staff guides we encountered along the way in lodges camps transfers game drives etc They were extremely hospitable and we were sure to tip them accordingly and as per Brilliant s recommendations The staff and guides made the trip extra special and memorable

Incredible trip and superb planning

Incredible trip and superb planning Marc was extremely responsive and supportive from the start This was for our honeymoon and I would recommend it to anyone Starting with 1 night in Arusha 4 nights in the Serengeti 4 nights at Zuri hotel in northern Zanzibar and our last night in Stone town Zanzibar Everything was planned perfectly from transportation to accommodations All the third party people companies they use are phenomenal and I cannot speak highly enough of Beyond who was used for our safari It was a lovely honeymoon and I will have something to remember forever

Amazing trip

I had a wonderful 17 day trip with my daughter We didn t think it was possible to visit 5 tribes hit 5 cultural sites and do a 3 day trek but thanks to the precise planning we achieved everything we wanted and more The country i stunning but one of the big highlights was the quality of the guides used the level of their english and how willing they were to go our of their way to make the trip a success I have travelled to 80 countries and many custom trips and I can genuinely say that Brilliant Ethipioa are a 5star set-up Highly recommend
