Our family of 4 just got back from a 3-week vacation in Thailand I bought 4 of Away Bigger Carry-on luggage because I ve read positive reviews about it It s the best luggage I have used by far It was easy to maneuver I bought 3 of them in different colors with the battery and 1 without the battery The luggage was a perfect fit for us for a grab go kind of thing because we didn t want a check luggage which could be a hassle We were able to fit everything that we wanted to pack in the luggage All 4 luggage can easily fit in a trunk of a full-size vehicle which is very nice if you re looking to rent a vehicle on your trip Also having a battery to charge your phone really comes in handy when you are on the road with teenagers Anyone can easily travel with a Away Bigger Carry-on luggage and a backpack on their next trip

Cannot say enough about the customer service I purchased a Medium suitcase 4 years ago It is extremely well traveled and has held up well When I returned home from a trip from Alaska to Florida last Saturday today is Thursday I noticed a 4 inch crack in the shell I emailed AWAY They responded by Sunday Said they would send out a new bag in the color of my choice It shipped Monday I already have it They asked if it wasn t too much trouble could I ship the old one back so they could look at it Unbelievable customer service that you just don t find much these days I will be a lifetime customer

SUPER HAPPY

Received my order today and I am SUPER HAPPY Quality is great They are damn stylish and I love the colours AWAY have really thought about every single detail Just can t wait to use them My only bad comment is I found it difficult to choose the size due to having to go by pictures only and no stores A lot of reviews put me off the large check-in suitcase saying how BIG they were Medium is a good size but I am thinking it might not be enough for my packing Let s see
