After hearing bad reviews about the newly opened resort we were booked at my husband and I decided to change resorts for our trip After multiple attempts to get help choosing another resort from our agent Roger we just cancelled the resort and made new reservations on our own We had already paid for our flights in full months ago through Travel Centre so we assumed we would be good to go until a few weeks ago when we were asked to pay our balance and found out our agent Roger no longer works there Now we have been trying to get the issue resolved for over 3 weeks Communication is sketchy and absolutely no follow through They screen shot a current flight price and said that we owe the difference Obviously prices are going to be higher 3 weeks before the flight than they were back inSeptember when I booked I have no idea if I will be showing up to the airport and told my flight was cancelled because NO ONE will call us back and apparently there are never supervisors on who can access Roger s old files and answer our questions Don t be fooled into the crazy good prices it s because you are dealing with a shady company

Initially things were okay As travel dates came closer the number keeps changing getting information from the is like pulling tooth Please stay way They don t have any willingness to fix a issue If you need help find someone else

Once you book they will want you to review him immediately and now I know why We used this company to book a birthday trip to the Maldives and it was a trip from you know what I kept asking for help and documentation and he would respond with one-liners Either he wasn t knowledgeable or did not care or both because at this point he got paid in full So then I began to reach out to the resort and google for help My friends and I were to fly together but on the second leg I had to fly by myself on a different airline When I informed them of this they made me feel like a liar like I did not make the trip and experience this firsthand Upon arrival to Male I was told us to look for a representative He didn t tell us who or a name or anything So I landed first before my friends and then proceeded to ask the airport staff for help That s when I found we would take another domestic flight and not a Seaplane They were to confirm we would take a Seaplane to our resort He never confirmed what he booked and we had to take another domestic flight from Male airport To add I asked if there would be a charge for luggage on the Seaplane me still thinking he booked us a seaplane He advised no it s included but infact we had to pay for luggage on the domestic flight to the speedboat We arrived at 8 am to Male and had to wait until 1130 am to take a domestic plane Once the domestic plane landed we gathered our luggage and walked to a speed boat which took another 20 minutes to our island Had they advised us on what to expect upon arrivial I feel like it wouldn t have been so bad But we felt like we booked on our own and left to figure it out Note when you book with a travel agent all changes must go through them Everyone will advise you to call your travel agent and that they cannot help you at all It was the worst traveling experience ever and now I remember why I don t book Travel Agents and I would most definitely NOT recommend this one You have been warned

Connor Price provided the best customer service ever His follow up was amazing Not booking with them was not due to a lack of service but rather limited inventory which made them not competitive for last minute travels

Room was small I had to upgrade my room Also one of my excursions was canceled I was refunded money but I wanted to attend excursion

wonderfull job and directions thhank you

Mario was helpful with my vacation planning and I would have no hesitation in using his services again for future vacations

Dylan Taylor quickly and effectively answered a question about my trip that calmed my nerves I appreciate their hard work and quick response
