Honest helpful and reliable travel company

I used Travel China Guide to buy my train and plane tickets online on several of my trips to China The service has always been fabulous basically my tickets are delivered to my hotel the day before I arrive On one occasion the airline canceled a trip due to bad weather and I got my reimbursement through my method of payment I do not hesitate to recommend this company They are honest helpful and always reliable

Amazing tour

The 11 day tour that I went on through Travel China Guide was an amazing cultural experience and was well-planned and organized The tour included all the key tourist attractions and also included some unique experiences such as a home visit with a local family in Xi an The tour guides we had were all very knowledgeable and helpful I would definitely recommend Travel China Guide and visit China again through them

We had the most amazing time in China

We had the most amazing time in China It was totally a bucket list dream experience Our tour guide was tremendous- King Kong- and so lively and informative He became such a part of our group we have many pictures of him We saw the amazing sights but in an informed way so they took on meaning and the meals were wonderful The schedule allowed time to browse and walk and talk and explore We definitely will use this tour group and King Kong in the future

Fabulous Experience

Our month of travelling under the guidance of Travel Chia Guide could not have been better The assistance we received during the planning was not only helpful but also saved us money through their efficient planning Our drivers and guides excellent and very accommodating They often went out of their way to assist us We would however recommend making sure you create a short break in their excellent adaptable recommendations to take a bit of a breather and avoid trying to see EVERYTHING We have no hesitation as we have done already in highly recommending them to help organise a trip

We loved travelling by Express train around China

China is a beautiful country and I had a great time with my friends We traveled all the way down from Beijing to Shanghai Suzhou Hangzhou Guangzhou by Express trains and we bought train tickets via Travel China Guide Their services are very fast safe and we got all the tickets issued at 1 train station only and of course this made everybody in my group happy Highly recommend

5 Days of Beijing at its best mainly due to Trave China Guide Tours

These 5 days were followed by cruising out of Tianjin but the highlight was what was arranged for us for our time in Beijing From the pick up at the airport to the drive to Tianjin Cruise Terminal everything went smoothly Visiting Tiananmen Square Forbidden City Temple of Heaven a Chinese Kung Fu show that was great The Great Wall sacred Way and the Ming Tomb The Summer Palace Lama Temple Hutong Tour and Rickshaw ride Visited the Panda House at the Beijing Zoo and the walked through Beihai Park Extremely happy with the communication before our trip and the pricing Which included all entry Fees and a few meals also was also great which is important for a retired couple The guide Linda Xie was excellent and we have recommended China Travel Guide to a number of people and will use them again if we are fortunate enough to be able to travel to China again

Experience of a Lifetime

What a wonderful experience of a lifetime We decided to visit China for my 50th birthday because I am on a quest to see the Wonders of the World My parents had used Travel China Guide a few years ago and they highly recommended that we do the same We are so glad we did We loved experiencing delightful sites while learning about the history and culture of China in a way that made it come alive for us My husband and I had a great time as did our teenage son and daughter We will highly recommend your services to all

Exceptionally Well Organised Tour

We used Travel China Guide for a customised 15 day private tour of China for 4 people and had the most amazing time This company is exceptional - I was nervous about using a foreign travel company but once I started corresponding with Emily everything quickly fell into place - despite me sending about 20 emails over the course of 4-5 months to tweak different parts of our tours Emily was so organised the day tours and travel arrangements all worked without a hitch They will also send you a letter to assist with your China visas We used We Chat in China to communicate with the Guides who were all brilliant No hesitation is recommending this company Note they trade as Xi an Marco Polo International Travel Service

Great company

In 2014 we traveled to China using this company We were so happy with our choice that this year we went on another tour this time a semiprivate guided tour to Thailand Cambodia and Vietnam Booking trips through the internet always feels a bit risky but I fully recommend anyone to use Travel China Guide We would not have been able to see half of what we did without a guided tour The guides were professionals the hotels were mostly 4 stars only one was 5 star and good quality All my correspondence with Abbey from Xian was quick precise and friendly We actually met her too when the group visited Xian
