I was passed this companies number for umrah hotels I spoke with Saqib he was absolutely amazing He was a good listener understood what I wanted He then went on to calculate a number of options Each time I came back with another hotel name thought question he readily answered without hesitation At times I thought I have bugged him so much he s probably annoyed - quite the contrary He replied no problem I can give you 100 s of options I just wanted to write this review to say Saqib has done a lot of calculations for us he did not tire nor was he annoyed This is what is missing from travel agents these days listening skills compassion understanding which Saqib displayed amazingly Thank you for all the leg work you ve done for us the advice you ve provided
