Always choose Trent Barton buses whenever I can when travelling in Nottingham and surrounding area even though we live near the City so NCT buses run more frequently The drivers tend to be friendlier and the ride smoother - they actually wait until me and my toddler have sat down rather then driving off at 100 miles per hour There have been plenty of times that Trent Barton bus drivers have gone out of their way to help me and my family

I got on the 3b this morning and was asking Lisa the driver about advice on fares she took her time to help me download the mango app and explained all about it Lisa s customer care is out standing

Red arrow brilliant service on time reasonable cost clean The only thing I would change is please STOP FREE WiFi Despicable selfish people using it to face time people abroad which meant the whole coach has to listen to the screech of foreign conversations all the way back to derby I have complex hearing so this has caused me stress earache and a headache 20 mins of total nightmare please please stop free WiFi that s all then selfish disrespectful people can face time when the get home instead of causing unnecessary stress to people who would of enjoyed their trip

There s was a driver today well know glasses and he s on the pictures for Trent Barton He s the most loveliest driver Iv ever met and totally thinks about his customers So today I had been rushing around after work and had forgotten my key my boyfriend was coming to drop it off at the market for me ASAP so I could get the bus Well the bus turned up and my boyfriend was still not here the next bus was a hour and I had asked if the driver could wait will we said we couldn t really wait much longer but he did He had taken his own time to wait a couple more minutes for me to get the key He was so generous and understand and lovely to talk to Great service Specially With drivers like him Defo needs praising Thankyou

Lovely customer service from Steve on the bus from derby to Ilkeston Was so nice as the bus driver was so happy and chatty to us the customer Arriva I can t stand their bad attitudes and it was a breath of fresh air getting on Trent busses

not sure what the fellows name was but he was driving the 6 3 at 3 47pm on the 28th November 2022 and he was so kind to all the passengers kindly let me know the closest stop to where i wanted to go trentbarton company needs more people as kind of a bus driver as this fellow
