Never have i experienced a worst
Never have i experienced a worst customer service It s been more than 3 weeks that I m waiting for my order nothing evolved about the process or the delivery and when the customer services are answering it felt like a robot is replying and nothing change they don t know where is my order and they don t answer clearly and currently i am still waiting for my swimwear to arrive m y order cost me 400 I am so so so dissapointed

The WORST customer service
The WORST customer service I sent so many long so many emails which got no responses I then resulted to sending multiple Instagram DMs until I finally got a response managed to finally get a refund after sending the bikini back weeks ago and even so they forgot to refund postage as promised resulting in further Instagram DMs probing them until I finally got a response Really bad and untrue bikini top sizing so so small bought a medium as a petite female which didn t fit at all ended up purchasing an XXL which just about fit I m a size 6 8 UK Awful company wouldn t recommend I ve lost so much money on taxes as an international customer and paid ridiculous shipping fees defiantly didn t cost me 35 to return it from the UK tracked Their Instagram comments are full of other customers begging for a response to their emails sent weeks ago

Customer service is seriously lacking
Customer service is seriously lacking It seems like they re coping and pasting the same one line to all questions and comments customers reach out with-- We are unable to change orders as they get sent directly to our distribution center for fulfillment It seems like they are either lazy or choose to be unhelpful to avoid customers making returns or cancellations of orders I was charged express shipping when I did not select that and when I reach out to customer service they literally said that same email We are unable to change orders as they get sent directly to our distribution center for fulfillment Do they have no contact w the distribution center How can I cancel an order What is it exactly that they do do then I was so excited about this company but I am never ordering from them again So beyond shady and fraudulent

Their sizing is completely off
Their sizing is completely off Tried to return and the website said there was an issue with my label and I should contact hello at tropicofc dot com I did and it was just radio silent Horrible customer service and I have no idea who these swimsuits are made for

Very bad customer service and not
Very bad customer service and not friendly for international customers The shipping is 35 and you have to pay taxes which are not included in the final price Also it took 3 weeks for the suit to arrive and i emailed them asking why it was taking so long and they were very lazy in helping me out Bad customer service

Worst customer service
Worst customer service They owed me money because they made a mistake on the receipt resulting in me having to pay more taxes Horrible customer service They should be ashamed of themselves- lying to their customers and not taking responsibility for their mistakes I loved the swimwear but I refuse to give my money to such people

Customer service needs imrpovement
Ill be more than happy to write a review Well i admire Candice and i love her swimwear there is no doubt about it but never have i experienced a worst customer service Late responses not even answering to the questions it felt like a robot is replying sometimes and currently i am still waiting for my swimwear to arrive I am from the EU and always when i have a chance i shop within the EU of course but sometimes when there is no other option i choose to shop from the US sites-last time i ordered something from the US i recieved my package in 1 week But with tropic of c after 3 weeks my bikini is still somewhere in the US and they keep changing the estimated delivery date every single day I am so dissapointed

I would say they have terrible customer support but I don t think customer support even exists here I returned an item over a month ago and have emailed their support three times looking for my refund or even a response crickets Their auto email says it takes them 24-48 hours to respond but it s been 610 hours and counting Update I have now emailed 16 times and still have no refund I ve also opened a claim with Paypal for Tropic of C s fraudulent practices DO NOT BUY FROM THEM Worst experience ever

I might never get a refund
I am also having a horrific time with customer service they just won t answer The Swimsuit I ordered was way too small so the sizing also isn t accurate so I returned it weeks ago but I received no confirmation of the return and they are not responding to the customer service emails I ve sent I m not confident I ll ever receive a refund and their products are not cheap I strongly reccomend against ordering from them
