Packaging was a let down once again

Packaging was a let down once again The bag for the salmon bodies was not sealed and left completely open and all items were just thrown into the box without any consideration it seems Some items were well on their way to being defrosted also just not good enough

Had a problem with last order was concerned about the safety of a food product custome service I d awful issue was not dealt with so unfortunately I won t be using this company again

The pig pancreas I ordered

The pig pancreas I ordered although apparently according to the company within manufacturers guidelines for date as food six months old at time of purchase was out of date according to research for feeding a dog with pancreatitis as it should only be frozen for three months for digestive enzymes to still be at full strength for that purpose It was therefore at a cost of well over 30 not fit for the purpose it was purchased and this was carefully explained Despite this the company decided to go with what they tell me is manufacturers guidelines but were polite in their response to me Although I understand their argument of manufacturers guidelines there is no use by date on the product and they don t appear to understand it is not fit for my purposes The rest of the order was fine and well packaged

Still waiting for part of order and one item bag split so loose bird seed in box Cardboard boxes don t seem very robust

Stock issues since free delivery price increase

Always found company excellent but since the introduction of a minimum 100 spend to qualify for free delivery I have repeatedly had problems with being able to place my regular order due to insufficient stock levels The company do not seem to have taken into account the fact that larger orders are obviously now being placed Reluctantly this month I have had to switch to another company as my dog has allergies and can only have certain foods which have been poorly stocked

Such a shame you cant speak to anyone on the phone if you have any problems and should your delivery really take 7 days Shocking customer service care

Trying to sell me cat food without enough of shelf life

I would give 4 - 5 stars for responses customer service However I order dry cat food in big bags to save some money I expect a big 8 kg bag to have a year or so of shelf life as it is for 1 one cat Usually when manufactured and fresh these bags Royal Canin Dental have about 3 years of it The bag I received was Royal Canin Oral discontinued with the shelf life of 5 month My cat was finishing his previous batch which was with a better best before date It is clear that this Company was trying to sell the old nearly useless stock I have to say that I returned the bag and got a refund - but all this was a hassle I thought I was saving a bit of money - now returned to my usual supplier and recieved a bag with cat food good until 25 08 25 Buying premium brands cat food I want my cat to have it fresh

Inadequate packaging

I be emailed my feedback earlier today but the box was not packaged correctly the food arrived damaged and the cartons had cracked where they d not been protected Splinters of plastic had gone in to the meat and the cartons had exposed the meat so insurance 8 out if 20 cartons had been damaged
