I recently put my dog on a raw food

Only issue was as a new customer I attempted to create an account online I filled out every available box with my details but it wouldn t accept until I provided a new password for the account There was nowhere on the form to provide this password therefore I was unable to create an account Upon collecting my purchase from the store I informed the staff of my problem creating an account Unfortunately they were totally unhelpfully and disinterested stating that side of things is nothing to do with them and it would be the warehouse that controlled the website

I recently put my dog on a raw food diet and ordered almost 20kg of meat chunks Although it s probably my fault for not realising the meat arrived already frozen which meant I had to spend the next few hours cutting through frozen meat before I could place everything in the freezer Was a nightmare Might be best to make it very clear that raw food will arrive in frozen state

Great selection of raw DIY food and really fast delivery from order But a couple of times I have ordered Turkey neck chunks and have received full turkey necks I only have small dogs so cutting them into pieces is not easy Not sure if this is Premium raws issue as it says CHUNKS on the label but isn t

Usually an excellent fast delivery but this time my Yak chews came in a bag not the usual box As they are brittle they were damaged with bits chipped off them The dogs still love them but would recommend sticking to boxing them in future please At 70 a box I would like them to be perfect

Regular and reliable dog food

Trusty pets have been brilliant again goods delivered on time I ve had delivered 2 x 20kg bags of bird seed but again 1 of the boxes was damaged I guess not the fault of Trusty Pets having said that I have suggested that Trusty Pets supply this type of order in smaller boxes which would be better

Good prices and fast delivery

Regular and reliable dog food deliveries Really happy and would recommend Had good customer service in the past although on the last delivery I called because the dog food wasn t sealed airtight and I also wanted to adjust the delivery frequency to make it more often but nobody has responded to my message Not a big deal on this occasion but that s why I didn t give a 5 star rating

Once again good prices and fast delivery The only downside was that 12kg of calciworms were packed into the same box as 13kg of suet balls This was clearly too heavy for the box which had split The delivery company also left the box in my porch as instructed but it was so big that I couldn t actually get into my porch and when I tried to climb over it the box split further May be better to package separately in future

All arrived on time and mostly frozen

It would have been a five I payed for next day delivery and it was bang on but the plastic bag with the nuts in had burst in transit When the van driver pulled it out a good two handfuls went on to the road I swept them on to our pathway but some had been crushed by the passing cars the birds still ate them but the worry was loads of squashed birds

Selected as a Family Business

All arrived on time and mostly frozen some defrosted at the edges which is not a problem They sell all the makes we like to purchase and use DPD for delivery who is our preferred courier Only negative comment is that there was not enough packaging to fill spaces at top of box which was therefore quite damaged Fortunately contents were ok
