Sadly this company now has impersonal awful customer service Money taken for goods and still no refund after they subsequently say it was not in stock weeks later I explained to the company that I had goods arriving from a different continent much quicker than from them trusty pet supplies 2 days quicker from a different continent to have a curt explanation of their policies on dispatch and delivery from their trusty customer services

Ordered over 100 of dog raw last week on their next day delivery option Never arrived Had to email them and just offered to re send no real authentic apology Compensation or anything just disappointing customer service to say the least Don t rely on actually getting your deliveries on time or any authentic care that you didn t receive it when you contact them to ask where it is Cost us so much money having to purchase raw from pets at home as an emergency for two large dogs because stupidly ordered with this company and never even sent

So I have used Trusty Pet for a few months now and most of the time everything went smoothly for repeat orders However recently we have been left without any food and have not been given a refund for a returned item Just to add it took almost five six weeks to return the item twenty days later not refunded The email only process is substandard and slow leaving you never sure where you standI have moved now to Akela ordered this morning being delivered before 12 Our puppy is 8 months old so there is a lot of future business lost by Trusty Pet

Received pet toy for my dog a monkey Kong with 2 pull rings my dog pulled it and it came apart appeared to be glued and not the usual Kong quality was advised its not a durable toy Please avoid company not helpful or bothered

Failed to deliver our regular order despite chasing this up in ample time before Christmas and then did not resolve the failure promptly This was not the first failed delivery Did not offer any compensation either Simply not good enough

I placed an order on the 7th feb and its the 28th today i havent recieved anything i have called twice and emailed them 6 days ago still no reply My order was for 65 food for my kitten which iv had to buy from elsewhere I feel iv been scammed Please people keep away from this website The customer svc has been terrible you ring the number provided who say its the shop floor and any orders you place online you have to email help and help have been no help at all as im still waiting for a reply whereas it states 2 working days I hope i get my refund back atleast but it seems bleak I have purchased online before with many companies and never had this stress before i rate trusty pet supplies very low and will be reporting them to trading standards if i dont hear back from them As a pet owner you just go online and order and this company had some good reviews and they had the items in stock so i dont understand what happened and i wish help could of replied to my email and we wouldnt be where i am today left stranded and cheated out of money and no answer I dont recommend buying from these people

Still waiting for a refund that was promised back in January 2024 Yes last year Have emailed them a few times even just before Christmas and got an acknowledgement email saying that Customer Service Team will reply within 2 days They didn t so last week 3 weeks later I emailed them again -- again receiving an acknowledgement email saying that Customer Service Team will reply within 2 days --- Surprise they haven t It may be only a small amount involved but I d rather have it in my account rather than Un Trusty Pet Supplies account Maybe they ll take note of this review and actually read my emails and process the refund Trusty Pet Supplies please don t ask me to explain it all again it s detailed in my emails

I specifically ordered Dreamies 350g Tubs and was sent Dreamies 200g to substitute for not having the tubs I was not asked about this as I specifically needed the tubs and 200g ones are only 3 at local stores so Why would I spend 7 buying this I looked for the contact details but can only send email and was supposed to receive a response in 2 days but no response at all

I phoned the store before placing an order to enquire about dispatch delivery times I was told that as long as I placed the order immediately it would be dispatched that same day I placed the order within 2 minutes of the conversation The next day I have received an email from the store to say the package as now been dispatched and another email from DPD to say that they are yet to receive the package I messaged the store and was told that the delivery was dispatched yesterday as agreed Only when I questioned them about the emails stating differently did they admit that the package was not dispatched yesterday as agreed and they had lied about this They then say that I placed the order at 1 50pm and their shipping cutoff is 1pm despite the fact I had called the at 1 47pm to ask about the dispatch times and they never mentioned this 1pm cutoff Not so bothered about the actual delivery date but it is unacceptable to lie to your customers about such basic things UPDATE It seems this company doesn t like honest reviews and they have now cancelled my order Avoid this company at all costs

I ordered cat biscuits to be delivered the following day on the 28th January and still do not have them Obviously I will not be ordering from this company ever again due to their unreliability and that was after me contacting their help desk twice Would of been quicker to get them from somewhere else
