Product is great delivery rubbish

Product is great Dispatch time was great Delivery by Evri was rubbish - I ended up sitting at home 3 afternoons in a row Finally turned up on the third day There is no way of contacting the courier to find out what is going on Very frustrating when it s sunny outside and I have better things to do than sitting waiting for a delivery

Felt a bit let down and no apology when

Felt a bit let down and no apology when I highlighted the issue I cancelled part of my order 2 months ago and suspended my remainder at the same time till February TPS took the money of nearly 100 and delivered the whole order last week I emailed them AGAIN and it s been cancelled and suspended Would help if they had a telephone contact

Problems when things go wrong

I have always been impressed by the speedy delivery service However recently something went wrong with the payment system for a subscription order and typically I was running out of dog food I needed to resolve the issue uregently but having to use the email system put long delays on getting answers and sorting the problrem I was eventually phoned but by then it was too late I subsequently cancelled the subscription and then renewed it and all was then well I just wish I could have had a speedier response in the first instance

Rabbits ears

Very prompt delivery which was great Had to order 5kg of rabbits ears as 3kg not available now Arrived loose in box not bagged which has created a storage problem Won t order again unless can reduce to 3kg Good product and deliver but volume and packaging not right for me

Carrier issues

Brilliant product quality as always but your carrier lets you down Last two deliveries have not been delivered on time including 1 where I paid extra for a next day delivery DPD s failure to deliver when stated is going to start damaging your business unless they improve

Arden Grange wet dog food

Super efficient service The product arrived within 36 hours of ordering However on opening the parcel we found around two thirds of the tins of dog food severely dented one of which we had to throw away as the seal had been broken and was unsure how safe the food was for our dog s consumption Is it the seller or the delivery company We don t know It s a shame because the tins were value for money especially with free delivery But if you cannot use every tin does it remain value for money

Long delivery time

Took eleven days from order to delivery Even though the delivery address is in the Channel Islands this seems excessive The tape around the box did not cover the seam across the top and the package was split open as a consequence Fortunately nothing was damaged or missing The products were all present and at least it has now arrived so that is an improvement on my previous supplier

Fantastic delivery time

Fantastic delivery time but this is the third successive order where the box has not been securely taped and was gaping open in delivery Also VAT shown on receipt for delivery to Channel Islands address so not applicable Advised of this but no response to date

Delivery has slowed down communication is non existent I have sent an email and no response

Needs to improve customer service for out of stock items

I ve been using trusty for a number of years for my parrot food This year on 2 occasions my order has been incomplete and on both occasions I had to contact to get a resolution I m still waiting currently for a refund for food ordered at the beginning of July and have had to keep chasing Also my last order had a couple of boxes of cat food that were over 13 each for a box of 12 pouches but they are Best Before early October
