Easy to order set up account immediate discount for large spend not here s a voucher for your NEXT order Kept in the loop with confirmation processing delivery DPD bang on time Ordered early evening Wed Delivered Fri morning 17 2 23 In my book that s next day free delivery Only hitch was 1 of 2 boxed suet pellets - either needed to be bagged boxed OR tape sealed all the way round the bottom of box not just outside flaps slight messy spillage However small blip only so would have judged 4 5 had that been available Have today recommended TRUSTY PET SUPPLIES to my best friend

Good website makes for easy ordering

Competitive price for dry cat food What should have been a 5 discount was incorrectly given as 5 but this was politely and promptly corrected when I emailed the company Have just unsubscribed from their marketing emails as they were much too frequent

Product was competitively priced but delivery issues

Good website makes for easy ordering Would like more options for boneless minces as current ones are quite restrictive and boneless chunks are expensive My main issue was with delivery - it was ordered for Friday and actually arrived on Thursday and the DPD driver doesn t follow instructions on where to leave it He doesn t even ring the doorbell but just dumps it on the pavement outside the front door from where it could easily be stolen

Product was competitively priced however the communication by the delivery company was awful and my requests for an update on when the delivery would be from Trusty Pet Supplies went unanswered Yes the goods did arrive but were left in the open despite me requesting they be delivered to a neighbour --- big sign by the front door which was completely ignored and instructions on the app ignored Someone needs to get to grips with the delivery side

My 2 monthly standing order arrived

Delivered within a few days and left just inside our garage as requested - good service We order quite large supplies of peanuts etc which are heavy for us to move around and the packaging tends to break We can order multiple bags of course but there is no point if these are all loaded into one cardboard box Perhaps the ordering service could provide for a maximum parcel weight

Good price and reliable service

My 2 monthly standing order arrived within 2 days of dispatch However an additional order that i made 4 days earlier appeared to be forgotten I had to chase this did eventually arrive 8 days after order

the product was great and speed of service was good However the delivery time left a lot to be desired after receving notice from trusty pet suplies acknowlidging my order within seconds and next day i received an email informing me of dispatche everi sent me notice that they had received a request to accept the parcel how ever it was a full week to the day before i got delvery the web sight on trusty pet had promised that next day when i tried to get in touch with trusty pet supplies the email came back un deliverable on top of this when i did get my order it was dumped out side my gate in full view on the main road at 15 30 i did not find it till 18 45 needles to say i was not pleased

Usual superb price and delivery service however

Usual superb price and delivery service but the packaging appeared flimsier than usual There was a trail of sunflower seeds along the front path followed by more seeds and seed mix in the hall Two plastic bags in the cardboard boxes had split and it took an age to scoop the spillage out of the boxes A pity as I ve always given maximum stars up to now I did say all this on the contact us screen but have had no response

I ordered an item that was on the website but after having to call to see when i could collect my order they apologised as the item was unavailable but i could pick a replacement I would have given 5 stars if it wasn t for that
