Predatory business model - created a subscription for me probably via an Instagram ad that autofilled my information or something and continued charging me for months without me ever receiving the product or renewing anything One day I saw a 60 charge on my credit card from shopify truvani com and that s how I knew I had a subscription I immediately contacted their customer support to get my money back as I had never received their product They said refunds are only valid for the first shipment in the first 30 days then subsequent shipments are non-refundable I didn t even have an account with them I had to create an account from the orders they were charging me for I wanted to leave a review for them on shop truvani com backslash pages backslash reviews but even when I was signed into my account there was no button to leave a review Those reviews are fake

Truvani boasts 24 7 shipping from PA and CA but it takes over a week to get a shipping confirmation that a label has been created and a tracking number saying that it hasn t been picked up by the carrier The product itself is fine but stop with the 24 7 shipping claims

I don t have an issue with Truvanis
I don t have an issue with Truvanis products But the customer service has many opportunities to get better I ve been waiting for my product for almost a month and I m constantly being given the same generic response It s almost as if they re copying and pasting I understand some delays but this is outrageous and no one has really taken a deeper look into why this happened I ve asked for a refund but of course- no response

I needed help changing time on subscription and give my new credit card number so I called in Got message that they couldn t help me then but would call me back That was a week ago No call but kept telling me every day in an email that they were going to cancel my subscription if I didn t update card I kept responding to email but got the same automated answer Terrible customer service

Do NOT trust this company They literally score an F on the Better Business Bureau site - reports go on and on for people filing complaints of paying for products that they never receive I unfortunately am one of them I should have looked them up on here and BBB first but a social influencer recommended them and gave a discount I ordered their product 3 weeks ago and still haven t received it I even paid for expedited shipping Their website has changed their shipping policy 3 times now since I have ordered their product Now they don t even offer options of shipping you pay for standard and its even more expensive to pay for shipping now then it was to pay for expedited - clearly they are just adding more costs to consumers to pocket the money 3rd party DHL shipper still shows that they haven t received it yet and still sitting in california yet the company shows they are based out of Las Vegas Nevada Live chat on their website is a bogus button and doesn t work Live chat on their generated emails of sales doesn t work No one answers They are never available on the phone No one calls back No one replies I have filed a report on PayPal BBB and now here We need to warn people about this company

Save yourself the time and money Not worth the hassle
Shipping takes an exceptionally long time This company also bombards you with promotional emails If you try to unsubscribe to the subscription they offer a discount however it s never applied in my experience The product is good but the amount of time it takes to get it the subscribing to get it cheaper the offers of discounts instead of just charging less is not good It s really not worth the hassle Then if you don t receive your order this has happened to me multiple times for the last time or get charged and want to talk to customer service good luck You ll get the same automated responses via email along with more promotions to continue to buy It s really not what they promote on their site- quick shipping easy affordable nothing quick about it I wouldn t recommend to anyone

On Amazon the magnesium supplement is advertised as GMP certified The bottle I received is not GMP certified It s false advertisement Judging from the enormous amount of negative customer service reviews I m not surprised I received an item that was not as described on Amazon

I m really disappointed with the
I m really disappointed with the customer service and will no longer order from the website again I didn t get any heads up on any subscription orders had no time to cancel and can t even exchange the multivitamins that I canon t take anymore Also it takes days for them to respond to your email and they have no solution to fix anything Sucks because I actually like the product
