I needed a domain renewal changed from a 1 year to a 2 year and there was no obvious way of doing this myself in the control panel I spoke to Ivaylo on live chat who solved this for me

I got in touch with an FTP query Martin went through different options to try and sort this out for me and even though it took a bit of time he was able to sort it out for me and I could carry on with my work Excellent service Martin
