Terrible Teaching Solutions - Happy to take a 17 000 order but not willing to speak to you or even acknowledge any correspondence from you They like to cut you off after waiting forever on their phone line to speak to someone when they cannot answer you Never dealt with such an unprofessional company before Steer clear

Unacceptable service for replacement parts

Ordered outdoor wooden play equipment - sand and water tables and pump stations etc at a cost of over 5000 in 2019 for our new nursery The trays in the sand and water tables and pump stations get very brittle and need replacing quite frequently I have managed to order replacements prevously but now TTS are telling me that these are not available and that I have to purchase the whole units again i e spend another 5000 however on their website it states that the tables are made from pre-treated Scandinavian Redwood which is guaranteed against rot and insect infestation for 10 years This means that I have equipment guaranteed for another 5 years which our children can t use TTS have said that if the trays were within the 12 month warranty they would replace them Good luck to anybody whose trays break after the 12 month period

Terrible company and appalling customer service

Where do I start TTS have gone absolutely downhill their customer service team is absolutely abysmal If they can t answer your query or if you are complaining they will cut you off Items are always being delivered to the wrong places and good luck chasing it up with them Items are always out of stock but you won t be notified on the website at the time of ordering It has come to a point where I tell my colleagues to please avoid ordering from TTS Due to consortium closing down we have had no choice but to order our exercise books from them Due to terrible customer service we are now looking at changing our whole exercise books to avoid being their customer TTS don t appoint an account managers for their business customers Terrible terrible company I would avoid unless you want stress and high blood pressure

Not informed about discontinued items Complete lack of communication and a very busy time in time when exercise books are vital Still not received items after order in May Some items scheduled for July now August Do not offer a large discount if you cannot provide the service to go with it We stopped used Consortium due to their incompetent way of doing business Decided to give TTS a go and hope that they had learnt from mistakes It would seem not We will be giving TTS a wide birth whatever the discount is

I d give zero if I could

I ordered exercise books for our school in May 2023 Every time I chased I was told they d arrive soon Last month 28th Feb 2024 I finally asked them to cancel my order as clearly never going to deliver Today I got response saying I can t as the stock is already been allocated You can expect the item to be delivered shortly If it is delivered ever it will be returned under the Returns Policy of no longer required as long ago replaced by another supplier Order ref TT5127674

No call back at 10am today regarding formal complaint

Moving to a new supplier

We have ordered from TTS on a number of occasions Every single order we have received has had items broken missing or poorly made which renders the item unusable The lengths we have to go through to get these items replaced is incredible They are very reluctant to accept responsibility and drag their heels about fixing the issues We shall not be ordering from them again There are plenty of suppliers who value their customers and the amount of money spent

Total shambles and terrible customer service

Ordered some sketch books in June for the start of the new school year and our art week The books didn t turn up and after some chasing found out that they had cancelled the order and they didn t even bother to let us know Finally found out after many emails and phone calls a couple of days before the summer holiday We had to reorder and were told they would arrive on 30th August which they didn t Called customer service to complain and find out why we still hadn t received our order but they were absolutely usless Kept saying they would phone back but never did Still without order in September and no response from customer service - shocking Such a shame they used to be quite good Will not be using TTS suppliers from now on

Appalling company

Appalling company this order was ok but ordered some books in June 12 wks delivery chased today to be told they have been discontinued Normally have to wait for delivery customer service is totally rubbish avoid if you can

TTS sent out a discount code then retracted it

TTS sent out a discount code then was told it had been retracted when I went to use it After I placed the order another code was sent to me but they would not honour that one either
