Took me a long time to source what I was looking for but finally found these 3 tubs which are ideal as planters

I ordered some shoe boxes Upon delivery I realise that there are no lids for the boxes I phone customer services Its half suggested that perhaps I had ordered incorrectly After giving the product code we realise I had indeed ordered shoe boxes with lids It then becomes apparent it s the warehouses fault and they have made this mistake before in the month of June I m told to sit tight whilst the warehouse is contacted and the issue is resolved I d be contacted I wasn t contacted so called back Same customer service operator same excuses though no closer to resolution I wasn t concerned until I d read the reviews here No offer to send out the correct product or spare lids seems they are worried about the warehouse teams skills to get the job done correctly No mention of planning for a return for the product delivered Doesn t seem to be a protocol for contacting customer service and no idea of how to handle the issue Edit My review was based on the customer service received after receiving my delivery Since my review the customer service has been excellent Called explained the situation in full and made right the situation within a day Perhaps it took poor a review but the eventual outcome was above and beyond what I d expected Thanks

The boxes were of good quality however it would be good to let people know you need to glue them together using a glue gun

I spoke to Allitta who was extremely helpful in correcting our order The new order came through within a couple of days Good Service

Product good so far - proof will be in the pudding in a month to see if they have survived playtime Children like the things we have bought But paid for next day delivery and it took 3 days so we missed the event they were actually bought for

Love the quality of the pens ordered Slightly disappointed with the mats as hadn t visualised their size accurately

In my experience lots of items are often out of stock with long lead times I work with a lot of schools and when I discuss TTS with them this would seem to be a shared experience having said that they will work with you to provide updates on stock availability and also in terms of primary design technology they are most probably the best supplier of specialist resources

TTS Have been a decent supplier My order Arrived with broken items initially and this issue was sorted relatively easily Thanks to the customer service team for their help

I did not check the reviews until after I had ordered from this company So needless to say I was quite anxious for the result At the time of order I did not receive an immediate confirmation or an order number but could see that the payment had been taken from my bank I did however receive this the following day along a contact name and telephone number for queries 24 hours later I had confirmation of dispatch Only let down was that I was given a generic delivery window and no tracking information Unfortunately it was not received within the delivery window It arrived 2 days late with a damaged box not the product so more of a reflection of the courier than distributer As for the items themselves it was exactly what I ordered No incorrect or damaged items received All in all not a terrible experience so 4

Items seem reasonable quality for the price Delivery was fairly prompt but no notification of when it was likely to be Delivery cost slightly high
