Poor customer service response time for order information

Ordered items knowing there should be a 6-8 delivery Unfortunately I d ordered wrong items Spent 90 mins on hold trying to speak to someone in customer services as I d had no reply from Emails I then sent a message via messenger and got a response within minutes Craig then sorted it out for me and generated an order for the correct items and return of the original However I got a second set of the original ones and a bill that I ve not paid plus the correct items Which I have paid for Also I realised I ve been given a credit not not a refund The large storage units finally arrived not assembled and minus instructions Once again Craig to the rescue I feel I m almost stalking him for order info etc as emails phone calls direct to customer services are diabolical Get your house in order TTS RESPONSE TO REPLY I have received yet another bill for the wrongly delivered item that were returned unopened I ve contacted accounts dept I have an item missing from coloured edge kitchen it was crossed off the dispatch note and no notification as to whether it is to follow Not happy with a credit note instead of refund as I really don t want to spend almost 400 with your company

Unable to fill orders

Although you list a great stock range you have been unable to fill most of my orders fully Communication has been slow

Order not delivered

Order not delivered I was refunded but not refunded the delivery charge As the item was not delivered this should have been refunded too When emailed about this I have not received a reply

Not happy with the service

Not happy with the service Have still not recieved goods ordered 2 1 2018 They were simple push buttons Other equipment we have got from them including whiteboards have been shoddy Looked previously used I am awaiting a response to my email sent 2 2 2018

Poor delivery

I ordered an item some time ago and I was told that it would be delivered between the 6th 11th Dec Here we are on the 18th with no sign of it arriving nor any emails texts giving tracking details etc so I called TTS this morning The first person told me the item had been returned to the depot and a card would have been left asking me what the delivery company Parcel Force apparently should do next A card was NOT left I was then put through to a different person who having been given the despatch number by me which was shown on the invoice I was sent by email asked if he could call me back within 10 minutes after investigating the circumstances behind the non-delivery He called me back within 5-6 minutes and told me the item would be delivered tomorrow the 19th I do hope it does arrive this time as it s a Christmas present for my grandson If the item had arrived on the due date I would probably have given TTS 4 or 5 stars

Dream cloud stackable baby nest beds

We ordered the dream cloud stackable baby nest beds for our Baby Room in our Nursery which we paid over 1000 for We ordered them in April 2021 and begun using them in September 21 Only being used for sleep purposes the beds were breaking The bottom panel was cracking under the weight of the babies the parts were coming loose and were not safe for use After calling TTS to raise this concern and ask for replacements with a different product we were told that the manufacturer couldn t see the issue from the picture provided of broken beds We then followed up later to say that 4 out of 6 beds were broken within a year of use but were told because the warranty was finished they couldn t do anything We had to throw the beds away and waste over 1000 of furniture Such a waste of money and customer service were of no help at all Definitely will not be taking our custom here again

Not as advertised

I ordered a children s table and 4 chairs None were suitable for the age group advertisedI arranged a return for the table- grumpy man collected it saying it was registered as 1 kg parcel and I said that was not my error it was the company who noted it as that weight The chairs have still not been collected Apparently a third party and not TTS had sent them so there will be a 40 charge for me to return them This was not made clear to me at ordering btw the folding table to seat 8 children has a bar on each end underneath where the children cannot put their legs under comfortably Be careful- all is not what it seems to be To add - it s been over a month since I returned an item and I am still waiting a refund no reply to my emails either or communication about the refund20th July and still waiting for a refund

I have ordered with TTS for some time but it is going downhill

I have ordered with TTS for some time mixed experiences but service does seem to be going down hill My main issue is that when you order everything is said to be in stock - it clearly isn t as I often get part deliveries and I often have to chase for items This is not helpful when items are ordered for specific events Dispatch dates and items not in stock are not communicated you have to contact them once you realise orders are just not turning up I have had some orders on my school account for over a year and they have never arrived Email is best - but do not expect a quick response if you phone don t take the leave a message and we ll get back to you option - they don t Service once you do get through is generally good and products are as described

The stickers itself are good it took a month to deliver though

The stickers itself are good big size and help children see the letter names confidently The delivery cost is very expensive and it took a month to be delivered in my case I don t think I will be ordering anytime soon

Poor delivery

Tts have a lovely range of products Some can be delivered with in a week or two still longer than other places but others take months I am still waiting for an item ordered in June I have to keep chasing For the delivery date to be pushed back every time They are quick to take your money though won t process or deliver until invoice is paid Other companies deliver next day then send invoice upon successful delivery why can t tts do this
