Ordered 9 Gratnells Storage Trays and delivery was fairly prompt When I opened up the packages I found one of the deep trays was damaged on one corner the broken piece being in the box I took photos and immediately emailed sales to request a replacement This was on 28th April I had no response so emailed again on 4th May to see if I could get a response Still nothing In the meantime I had ordered 3 more trays and they again were dispatched and delivered fairly promptly Get the customer service side of things sorted and you d be a business I d be happy to use again as it stands I ll not be doing so Update 6 5 21 - Got a response from customer services finally Still not impressed that it took a review on here to get it but the replacement should be with me on Monday so thank you for that I appreciate that these are difficult times for a lot of companies but having to wait a week for a response is still hard to take Still I m happy to adjust my rating but there is still some way to go

Never got my parcel looks like scamEdit got my parcel after a month Product is ok delivery service is terrible

Great materials BUT 3 week wait for part of my orders was a bit slow all materials listed as in stock on the website

The range of chunky crayons and delivery were good Unfortunately I accidentally ordered a pack of orange crayons rather than the pack of mixed colours Despite ringing up immediately I was unable to modify the order

Due to lack of info re delivery times I wasn t sure where to get it delivered Wanted quicker than this-sorry I must be spoilt by Amazon Don t have resources for fractions day

Whilst some of the order came on time some items remained outsranding for 4 months 1 of the items required replacement due to a fault this took 4 more months and the wrong replacement came then the finally the correct replacement item did turn up after many excusses and phone calls 1 item never came after being told it was on back order this item was eventually refunded

Items were very slow to be delivered Around 3-4 weeks whereas one of the other education suppliers normally are days

I was very grateful for the assistance I had over the phone when chasing a Laminator The only thing I would say is that I had to chase for an update twice as the laminator was being shipped directly from the supplier so we didn t receive any update The ladies that did assist were understanding and helpful

TTS have a good range of equipment and required items albeit a little pricier than other suppliers The delivery of the orders can be a point of improvement - it takes more than a week for items to be dispatched and delivered

I found the description of the item I ordered not very clear and ended up spending too much on a simple storage box with a lid The main picture should be just a lid for the storage box lids on sale not the box
