Polite and helpful

After reading some of the reviews on here I wasn t hopeful I d receive my item I emailed the company expressing concern that it wouldn t arrive in time for a child s birthday party this coming weekend having been ordered a week in advance I was pleasantly surprised the following morning when I got a polite reply which stated as they were concerned it wouldn t be arriving in time that they had sent another on express delivery due to turn up the following day Sure enough it did and then the original package turned up a day later which I refused delivery of Overall I found them polite and helpful in making sure my order was here in time Would have given 5 starts but think delivery times could be better

Part of the order missing Email to chase ignored No one answered the phone to sort out the problem for two days Finally resolved on day 4 of chasing Item paid for and for my young son with severe learning difficulties for his last birthday Thankfully a replacement is being sent today With any luck it will arrive for his birthday

Magnets and Metals

Very well presented set of magnets and separate samples of metals If the metals also had their proper designation like Pb for Lead it would be excellent Only not 5 star because delivery was quite slow Weeks not days

So pleased with most of the supplies and the service My only issue is that the sketchbooks that I normally order aren t as high quality as they used to be yet a little more expensive The cover is thinner making them more flimsy and there is only one staple instead of the usual two This makes them easier to get battered over time I m guessing this is because of the high increase overall on paper Would ve been good to know though

Just wish I could have ordered a quicker delivery Ordered another product and would love it to be there by Friday 19th but there is no option for a faster delivery if there is it is not made clear enough

Good for home school supplies

I purchased some phonics books paper and chatter board from this company They have a good range of products and the paper in particular was a great value Delivery was quick and products well packaged I would purchase from them again I only take off one star because the chatterboard which is electronic didn t work because the battery was flat but I can just replace them

Energy Ball

I ordered 2 energy balls which came within the specified time 1 was working and one was not I checked the returns policy which gave an email I emailed twice with no reply yet I kept getting emails to write a review I have now received an email response and the issue is being resolved The energy balls are a fantastic resource for electricity topics

Ordering was straightforward online catalogue easy to navigate Items arrived swiftly Good quality items Constructive feedback improvements 1 Glass pebbles received differed from those shown in catalogue Those received are still useful maybe even better as they are bigger than those shown in catalogue but not patterned 2 Three of the pebbles arrived broken Packaging maybe needs reviewing

Pleased with the speed of delivery but slightly concerned about the quality of the packaging The brown paper it was wrapped in was quite thin and torn exposing the coloured card inside it Fortunately there was only very slight damage to one of the sheets

Great toys and fast delivery

I am a childminder and have bought from TTS a few times now The toys are of good quality and provide great learning opportunities for the children I look after The are particularly keen on the community dolls I bought this time Delivery was fast 2 working days The only reason I ve knocked one star off is because I have emailed phoned and contacted TTS via their website to 6 times now to ask for an up to date catalogue to be sent to me and I ve been assured one has been sent each time but it never arrives which I can t understand as I don t live somewhere hard to find for a postman or courier I would buy more from TTS if I had a catalogue to browse through as that is easier than looking at a website
