I had a stressful experience with this

I had a stressful experience with this company where there was a mix up and they didn t send items then offered a refund which I took Then they said the sent x2 replacements and asked for money back over email and then started to recieve letters asking for double what I originally paid for x2 replacements so today I contacted the customer services team on Facebook messenger and it was all sorted very fast Happy today that it was dealt with and it s one less thing to worry about in this time we live in Thanks Tequilla for today s experience

TTS website offers plenty of choice and their prices are competitive The information about each item is clear and helps me to choose which items to buy Orders are processed quickly and delivered on time

After sales service

I did have an issue with how the discount for schools was not clear on their website On orders of over 250 we should have got 25 off our order The order went through without the discount However I received a phone call from Customer Services the next day who agreed to refund 25 to our account Great after sales service

As described on time and good prices - I ordered saws and bench hooks from TTS as the best price for school appropriate tools We ll use these with Beaver and Cub Scouts but it s good to know that these are used in the national curriculum too

This is my first experience with TTS Ordered the Singing sack to donate to a play group It just arrived in 3 days as notified and I am very impressed with the quality of the items materials and packaging The contents are just as described on the web site Thank you

I ordered the wrong item by mistake I contacted tts and they arranged for it to be collected at my convenience and issued a quick refund I then reordered the correct item and the delivery came within a couple of days
