Perfect delivery

Value for money order delivered on time and in full I ordered 2 medium size plants and 2 pots Good to mention that due to good packaging there were no leaks dirt or damage even though I opened the box upside down

The plant that I bought was packed carefully and arrived safely Also I received a different plant but the costumer service replied very quickly and they sent me the other plant in a very short time I m satisfied with this experience

Fast delivery and clear communication

We received the order on the planned date In total we ordered 4 pieces Two pieces were in good shape when arriving but the other two had quite some broken branches and leaves A bit disappointed but overall experience is still alright Update on 07 10 2020 after I posted the review I was contacted by tuincentrum to discuss the issue of my order Actually I never expected my complain will get full attention and super fast action In 4 days by clear email communication I got a partial refund of the damaged plants I am very happy with the service Thanks to Merel

Everything Ok

I was a bit worried about the bad reviews and long waiting times but I ordered two plants and two pots last Sunday and received them 2 days later Everything was in order with appropriate packaging My experience was positive and I would buy again from this place prices are also good

I bought a Calathea zebrina from Tuincentrum after searching the internet I like the site because ot has some really good info about the plant Price was reasonable considering the size The delivery was fast and the plant was in good condition when it arrived I would order from this again

I got a bit worried after reading some bad comments about this company on facebook but they responded as quick as can be expected during this busy time and kept me up to date about my order It came one day later as they informed me which is no problem at all It was delivered neatly by TransMission I would order here again

Great service I called for consultation and the consultant was able to select all plants and the needed materials for planting our bamboo and made the purchase order all within 20 minutes Delivery was fast everything was well packed Planting the bamboo was straightforward Highly recommended
