The product does not provide a thorough

The product does not provide a thorough cleaning as floss would Highly disappointed and wouldn t recommend this product Due to hygiene reasons it is not refundable which is understandable

So far I am underwhelmed by this

So far I am underwhelmed by this product The tank is small and so the water flow only lasts for approximately 30 seconds at a time before it needs to be refilled After 2 weeks of using mine a piece of the take door fell off and went down my drain I contacted the company to see if I could get a replacement piece and instead of sending me one they sent me to Amazon where I can purchase more pieces for 18 I wish I had just purchased a regular water pic and probably will end up doing that Not the experience I d hoped for

Go with a better product and better company

I have no idea how other people have given this company and product good reviews First off the water reservoir is small and you have to refill it at least one additional time just to finish water flossing your entire mouth The water pressure was not consistent one moment it was weak then the next moment strong I tried the product twice and emailed the company to request a return The company was not helpful and stated they would only refund a product unused You need to try a product before you can even know if you like it Obviously the company does not stand behind their products Do yourself a favor and don t waste your money Not only was this product overpriced for what you get but the company does not stand behind their products at all Pay a little more and go with a better product and better company

Not convinced

The product works well I think but I ve used a water flosser before so nothing to compare it to But the build quality is questionable and the battery life is pretty poor it last maybe 3 sessions before it s dead and it does really indicate low charge the light stays blue right up until it dies In hinted sight base on this price point I wished I d done more research and purchased a water flosser from more established brand like Panasonic or Waterpik
