I recently had a Gold Sync lost by UPS and Typhur customer support shipped me a replacement almost immediately Customer support was absolutely awesome I haven t used them yet but I can tell by the feel and appearance of the units that the quality appears to be awesome

I m beyond impressed with the Dome Looks size and weight alone make it clear this is a quality piece of cookware Although I ve only used it once I made the very best chicken wings I ve ever had on my 1st try LOVE IT

This was an incredible buy Love the Sync Gold Dual Used it on my turkey and turned out to be one of the best birds I ve ever made because of the ability to monitor temps in two locations Probably going to buy another for gift Ordering was easy and received it quickly so very happy there too

self cleaning

This air fryer exceeded all expectations I bought for the self clean feature but the cooking on it is quicker than other air fryers My steaks come out perfectly now I did try the roasting feature and the roast cooked perfectly I will never buy anything but a Typhur now

Amazing product

I had an issue and was extremely upset but the customer service team did a great job of rectifying it I finally got the package in and was able to use it Christmas day The product worked amazing it was true to temperature Really love the user-friendly app thank you Typhur for for correcting my experience in making it

Great service and fast delivery

They say delivery un 5-7 days or so but I had questions about delivery I ordered on Sunday sent an email with questions Tuesday morning Before I got an answer the Typhur Gold had been delivered that same day only 2 days since it was ordered Amazingly fast I did get a reply from customer service also that same day but I already had the product great service follow up and fast delivery Thanks

Gold dual probe delivers as promised

Prompt delivery I ordered the Friday before Thanksgiving selected 4 day delivery and they arrived the Tuesday before The dual probe Gold functioned as promised in the You Tube reviews I watched prior to selection The temp were more accurate then the wired probes I used in the same cook for comparison The only problem I ran into was it initial setup instructions are a bit vague but again I found what I needed on line I m using them tonight to grill a steak and excellent test
