We live along the Inside Passage in SE Alaska It is beautiful but remote Getting a cell phone fixed is impossible My wife s phone would not update the software After hours literally with AT T then Samsung we sent to the Seattle uBreakiFix store They called to tell me they received it and told me what they would do Two hours later they called to day it was done New software was loaded They sent it back and they did it for FREE I will definitely be back if I need help and am telling everyone Thank you

Brought my iPod Touch with a broken charging port I waited 5 minutes and they brought it back fixed They were friendly professional and damn quick The store I went to is the Greenfield Park Tascheresau Boulevard store and I will definitely go back when I need electronic items fixed
