Items are canceled even though they are offered to purchase their orders aren t always updated regularly it takes a long time to get items together for shipping and website is unorganized DHL is the best aspect of Ubuy Qatar DHL drops the package off at your door without needing a signature and they keep you well informed about where your package is and when it will be delivered I wouldn t use Ubuy at all but Qatar doesn t have a lot of the items I need and DHL makes delivery easy

What happened with me was not mentioned when I ordered the purchase The arrival of my order was delayed despite my choice of the super express shipping and this is not the only problem but the indifference of customer service to communicate with me or even try to satisfy me They apologize only after I continued with the complaint on the application and via e mails It was the worst online buying experience ever
