I received partial shipment worth on 19 after my order cost me 190 Not getting any explanation no refund no respond to emails

After putting an order over 6 figures and requesting to get all my items as a 1 delivery due to a lot of logistics challenges i end up getting 6 deliveries on top of this hustle i received my order with missing items that first they claimed that it s delivered after going back and forth about it they agreed to send us the missing items free of charge which we are yet to receive

Customs value not given for customer Customs were about 45 for all the goods imported through online portal to India on individuals And this information is not shared anywhere in the Ubuy website Ubuy in and I have end up paying about 60 product value in customs and DHL It is very bad experience and I would never buy anything from Ubuy unless they are mentioning customs payment approximate for individuals and Company Edit I agree ubuy dont determine the customs but the customs are calculated with HTS code and guide value of the customs can be provided it is not that hard And customs for individuals are charged differently than the corporate or company import in India which is no where is mentioned Simply ubuy dont bother about what customer is going to pay it is just want to make one more sale

Delivery time was stated 6-8 working days For express which I chose and paid extra for Actual delivery time will be 21 days Just got the update from aramex This is far beyond ridiculous

1st experience with ubuy and till now i can t move on how stupid i am to buy from them Major item is cancelled they say product is restricted I have lost a lot for the refund that is so much less than the invoice value I ended up proceeding with the remaining items for shipment which is 2 pcs of 2 seater sofa covers for a total of 202 00 Shipment is also delayed Update Ubuy looked into the matter objectively and rectified the refunded value Now awaiting receipt of the refund the delivery of the goods purchased Last update 1 seat cover received after 14 days other seat cover received on 27 Aug 22 after 33 days I ended up paying 112 34 for the 2 seat covers Average QAR 200 00 each 1 seat cover with exact fabric size design is later found at Lulu with price of QAR 59 00 Purchasing at Ubuy Qatar will be an unforgettable experience and will never do it again It is an experience learned the most expensive way

HI LATELY THE EXPERIENCE HAS BEEN VERY BAD IT TOOK THE MERCHANDISE MORE THAN ADEGUATE UP TO 27 DAYS BECAUSE IT SEEMS THAT DO NOT WANT TO PAY DHL TO BRING IT QUICKLY AND THEY LOOK FOR ANOTHER COMPANY LIKE ARAMEX BECAUSE THEY CHARGE LESS AND I DO NOT BUY ANYTHING AGAIN I HAVE BEEN BUYING FOR THEM FOR 2 YEARS AND NOW THEY GIVE ME THE EXCUSE THAT THEY NO LONGER HAVE DHL AND ON TOP OF THAT THEY CANNOT CANCEL IT THEY SAY

My order got returned You shouldnt accept my order if it cant be shipped in my location Qatar It affects my need and monetary wise I have to wait 10bussiness days before you return my money when it shouldnt happen on the 1st place if you did not accept the order

They are not taking good care of their items even a Big Box of a Scale 1 10 RC Car Toy they tend to lost during tranporting from thier Store to thier Warehouse The thing is it s not only the first time it s my 3rd time in span of 3 months time

i ordered two orders from this websites and i paid for express shipping and i clearly mentionned that i need it urgently and they said 7 working days one order got canceled after waisting about 15 days from my time and the other one got sent since 17 days and the shipping company said it is still in USA i need my refund urgently

I was not given the discount coupon and also I m still waiting if my order has been processed they are not even contacting me or telling me if the order cancelled or refunded even I m very old customer of ubuy n they charge so much high for customs etc i don t even know the status of my order I don t know why they don t cancel the order and refund me if they are not able to deliver
