they are not aware of what they are able to fulfill as product shipping

you should know which items you are able to ship and if you have the right permits to do so before listing the items in your platform refunding and apologizing is not enough

The articles you buy should be described as spare parts like many other providers Some items ordered could be personal sensitive and not appropriate to put the name of the item all over the package

It is not showing the shipping cost prior last step of ordering shipping cost to be included in advertisement and shown price I saw 1 item 80 QR for qatar but wen i checked out it become 135 inc of corrier and tax customs Pls show the cumulative cost ahead

I am ordering things from here for about a year ago It s not that I am satisfied with its services but for reasons that there is no other online shop aside from Amazon that is able to ship things to the Middle East Ubuy DO NOT respond to customer s complaints such as lost items and or missing paid orders --- that is why it deserves a poor review I am still searching for another online shop that cares costumers
