Disappointed with the product and Uergo

Disappointed with the product and Uergo customer service I bought a semi-automatic whisk and it s been a huge disappointment I am not happy at all with the result It is said to whisk milk and make it fluffy like the ones served in cafes but it doesn t Also I sent them an email and no one got back to me Still waiting for a reply

The tool set is ok

The tool set is ok very useful the only gripe I have is that they said its electronic in the beginning of the advert and that driver end plugs into the case I find that very misleading when they re selling just a normal set which shows up when you go to purchase Missed that rather annoyed

Sent total y different item screw driver set to what was advertised on u tube i wish that I had read previous reviews as it would appear that this company is misleading customers u tube needs to investigate this company
