DO NOT WASTE TIME ORDERING EQUIPMENT USE MWKEYLESS
Ordered a key cutter arrived defective sent it back after getting rma label after wasting 2 days on phone with tech support as they looked for solutions after arriving to their warehouse it apparently took 3 full business days for it to arrive to tech support finally they sent a new machine out and that one is defective too and customer service sends me to tech support when I asked to speak with manager called back Ariel told me she was manager then continue on to say I spoke with my manager my question is why can t I speak with the manager apparently they are the only managers I ve ever seen that s always busy either in meetings or just plain unavailable so now I have to waste more time and lose more money waiting for the 2nd key cutter to arrive to them and they inspect it because apparently they can t send me an overnight return label or refund me until it is inspected and did I mention it takes 3 FULL BUSINESS DAYS FOR IT TO MOVE FROM THEIR WAREHOUSE TO TECH SUPPORT DEPARTMENT AFTER IT ARRIVES THERE VIA FEDEXALSO I SPENT MORE TIME ON HOLD THAN TALKING TO AN ACTUAL PERSON

The shipping department tends to make errors I selected next day shipping and paid for it they sent it out 2nd day air instead which cost me to lose out on a big job contacted UHS about the problem and they where very dismissive about it at customer service

This Company sold me hardware then
This Company sold me hardware then sends me half the order deadbolts but no levers but charges me full price Informs me after-the-fact that item is on back-order when I purchased it online it said in-stock Now I have double the install cost from my contractor to install because he now has to make two trips and I m stuck with two doors in my house that I can t enter of exit because they have no hardware it s been a month now and counting I m never ordering from UHS hardware again Customer service is difficult to say the least - never admit any mistakes - they blame you Furthermore I previously ordered a front door entry set from them a few months earlier Upon going to the Manufacturer s site I looked up what I order from UHS and found they send me the older not current model hardware that does not have the current features I confronted and they said sorry the order is too old we can t help you After all of this they offered me a 60 credit But when I asked them a week later where s my 60 credit they said oh that s a 60 credit for a future purchase Like really I m going to order something from this sham company again These guys are criminals Run don t walk away from this company

UHS Hardware doesn t Acknowledged responsibility for non-delivered items The communication within the network fails We received your voicemail with the tracking order number that they received back at their warehouse as followed up the other associates are not finding the packages We all need to report these violations to BBB and Federal trade commission

want to past my email here may be I get reply bad sale experiences and my last review I didn t give any stars Email No 1 Dear Sir Madam Attached to this email please find the one of the locks those were purchased from your store by order No 1466009 the lock has code problem you could check it out in the video attached Still we are waiting for your guide video for installations of the locks I hope I get yours Quicker response Best regards Qais Saleh President Time Zoom LLC Email No 2 Dear Sir Madam Respects as I have mentioned in my previous we need at least 250 EE1021 locks for one of our projects and we ordered and purchased two of them for samples but unfortunately we received a non-technical parcel from you The Lock is American Brand and is prepared and manufactured with new technology that s why we didn t place the order in the hope that half of the lock would be sent to us from America and we would transfer this lock to a third country and then receive a reply that the parts of the locks are missing and one lock has technical technical problem It is hoped that you will send us an invoice for the price of two cords and also any extra part that is needed for EE1021 locks as soon as possible so that we could make a payment and receive items and transfer it to our clients as soon as possible to prevent the contract from being canceled Yours consideration is highly appreciated Best regards

Poor customer service
Poor customer service I was sent a defective key cutter TWICE now and they don t seem to care at all trying to blame me for their mess up I will not be dealing with them anymore for the simple fact that they are now interfering with my money In order to be refunded I have to send it in and wait for who knows how long for you guys to tell me it s my fault when they probably just sent me the same one from the first time instead of replacing the whole machine DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY Oh then they have employees lying about being the manager when I asked for the manager It s a scam don t even bother

Machine arrived damaged called 3 times and was told a return label would be sent Finally I mailed it back to UHS Hardware roughly 9 week ago and still haven t heard anything back via email
