I don t want to give these guys 1 star as they don t deserve it Payed 40 for 2 phone cases as birthday presents for my daughters They never arrived after the long 20 business days I sent multiple emails asking for a refund as I did not receive my items and I got no reply what s so ever Very frustrating It s a disgrace that companies like this are able to trade and continually rob people of their money

Same as other review My Samsung case doesn t fit even though it says it s the right make and model Ignored 2 of my email requests so that the refund date passed and ignored a tweet Finally responded to an email with a list of bullet points dictating costs for me to send it back Awful company

ABSOLUTE RUBBISH

Having just read so so many bad reviews from this company I should have gone to the high street and bought my case for my new Samsung galaxy s9plus The case arrived damaged and despite of sending an awful lot of emails and photos of the damaged case along with an alternative email address to send more emails and attachments This company has decided to do ABSOLUTELY NOTHING about sending me a damaged case Just going chuck it in the bin now because the whole situation is rediculous Going to the shop this afternoon and buy an undamaged one from a REPUTABLE COMPANY I CAN TRUST DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE

I ordered cases to be delivered to the UK tracking shows that the parcel never even left the US but cellphonecases com are refusing a refund because I requested the parcel to be delivered to my hotel They are using terms that don t even apply since the parcel was never sent to my country of delivery in the first place Absolute scam

As soon as I placed the order I realized the company was based in the USA which meant a very long delivery time up to 20 working days I contacted them immediately requesting to cancel the order but they ignored me completely Very dodgy people who just want to grab your money Be careful
