POOR SERVICE AND QUESTIONABLE DELIVERY TIMINGS

If I could give 0 stars I would for there customer service and attitude towards customers through complaints Their 24 hour delivery is unreliable pay the 6 99 at your own risk Very unhelpful when queried and don t give a direct answer

Great at responding to emails - but lousy service

Great at responding to emails - but lousy service and best to avoid if urgent Ordered and paid for express next day delivery - due to having plates stolen and needed car for work - it s 6 days on and plates still not arrived I ve been informed that they will be with me soon

Misleading and quick to take money

Frustrating I have a lease car and need a trailer plate for my bike rack Also trying to buy a plate for my daughter currently out of the country Placed order Money taken ONLY then was I informed I need evidence of ownership - this will take phone calls and emails to my lease provider and god knows what for my daughters plate UKregplates - slick site Slick to take my money Slow to explain I have to jump through hoops I might not be able to jump through to get my three pieces of plastic RIP off Misleading

Phone lines give recorded message that they aren t monitored

Tried to call but got a voice message to say their phone lines aren t monitored and to email They require photo id and V5C form when other companies don t With such risks to our personal identities why give it to them not a gov body when you don t need to As an adult I can choose the correct format for my number plate I don t need to risk having my identity stolen to do so

Plates looked good at the start but 6

Plates looked good at the start but 6 months on they became damaged and partially not visible When contacting them they shifted the blame on me for not removing the protective film and apparently this instruction was in the delivery package but it wasn t Did not offer a replacement only a 20 discount on a new order to get more money from me Poor service on a faulty product

There was no easy to see warning that I would need to provide documents No active phone number filled a contact form but won t get seen until after bank holiday I don t trust a company that wants my reg documents but doesn t make this clear until after payment Seems very suspicious they would have the red warning box before the pay station if genuine Before payment a warning box should let you know documents are needed Edited to addI requested emails stop during the queens funeral An email had come in during the service I got a reply as the national silence started It ignored my request and didn t refer to it Appalling lack of respect

Poor Information

Nice website until you realise after making payment they need a load of documents They then give no assurances as to how these documents will be used stored and the data managed Equally frustrating is that they have closed their phone lines due to Covid If they can t handle calls 18 months after Covid started then I am not sure how they manage to even open the doors to take an order

Absolutely terrible service

Absolutely terrible service have to go and buy the plates again due to delivery issues not sent out on time told 48hours tracked and now 5 days on still no plates and can t drive the car Will not use again currently going to FOS about getting my money refunded

Disappointed

Arrived quickly but to not have the holes pre drilled into the plate when you order the kit is disappointing Could have gone elsewhere and they would have fitted them
