The updating of documents not the easiest but other than that all good

I chose this supplier because I did not want the name of the supplier on the plate the template appeared to allow this when the plates turnedup in good state and when expected which was a positive they had the name of this company on them I contacted them and mentioned this was not what I wanted their what appeared to me sarcastic response was that they had to have this by law which is a recent requirement and true I later find out but their template did not show this ok I could get stroppy about this and strictly they produced a valid and legal plate but I was disappointed with the site as the Garage I bought the car from would have happily sorted out new plates for me with their name on it but the response was probably hurried but I would go elsewhere next time because of the reaction e-mail but I find as it fits the legal requirement the plate OK and delivered when they said it would be

I ordered the plate and screw set but was disappointed there were no holes in the plate to attach it using the purchased screws and caps to my bumper This might be how it works but I did not know and can t easily make to holes Nothing wrong with the product apart from my problem mentioned above

The plates need to come with guidance as to how to drill holes re the screw method The drill needs to start at the front of the plate and not the rear otherwise if done from the rear there is not a clean hole and the thin clear covering on the front starts to blister bubble in the area of the hole

Plates still had not arrived by mid Jan after ordering in December - have had to purchase alternatives as so late However after exchanges of multiple emails a refund has been agreed
