Site easy to use Downloading of documents went well but there was a hitch when acknowledging receipt The email sent stated that documents were still awaited where as the site stated they had been received The confusion was quickly resolved

All pretty good apart from needing far

All pretty good apart from needing far too much non relevant information I don t particularly like submitting proof of my bank account fine with V5 driving licence but as for utility bills and bank is too much Also bear in mind that very few people actually have paper versions of anything these days does make a nonsense of scanning docs Also the upload doesn t always work Also be warned that you don t do the docs until AFTER you ve paid

Plates just as advertised good quality and finish The flag and border options are worth having makes plates that bit more special Annoying that request for documents isn t mentioned until check out Delivery slightly longer than expected but possibly due to Bank Holiday that week

UK ID don t drill through it

Ordered a set of normal style plates with a UK country ID on the left side of each plate Standard delivery was great with tracking The plates have a great rear black plastic coating with a very small manufacturer logo I have always drilled screw holes from the rear of the plate as with some other ones I ve purchased if you drill from the front the florescent colour backing sometimes pushes of the plastic as the drill goes through All went brilliant until I made a hole through the UK Id The plastic sepererated slightly internally away from the front plastic

Easy to follow guide to set up how new plates would look Useful links to enable sharing documentation Only downside is advertising along bottom of plates once received this wasn t shown at set up stage if it was I wouldn t have ordered as wanted clean lines

Excellent Service

Excellent service overall When proceeding with the purchase of new plates I did not yet have my V750 form so despite purchasing the plates the team could not yet create them They were very helpful and supportive in outlining the process clearly for me and patient in awaiting the required documentation As soon as I was able to sort this they produced and shipped the new plates to me in a very short period of time

The order process was straightforward

The order process was straightforward and simple Uploading the required documents after taking photos was easy and the online registration and authentication were completed very quickly I even received a text to confirm approval which was a nice touch The plates themselves are of excellent quality with clear and well-made prints The only area for improvement would be the delivery speed While next-day delivery is available it comes at a much higher cost compared to other sites My order took around four days to be processed and delivered after the weekend which was longer than expected Overall though I m very pleased with the service and the product quality
