Good dual grade lightsabers
I bought several sabers aka lightsabers from them in the early part of 2017 my 1st order was in January my 2nd order was in February I was and STILL happy with my purchase from Ultrasabers Pros - relatively affordable dual grade sabers- great customer service- sturdy sabers- good seasonal promotionsCons - chunky sabers compared to vadersvault or chinese made sabers - the made in china lightsabers are cheaper- shipping cost tends to be pricey if younare not within the continental United States although this is not a problem caused by UltraSabers

Perfect for budget and quality sabers
I purchased the Diamond version of the Raven lightsaber and it is fantastic The hilt is beautiful and intimidating The blade is bright full and durable I even received a bonus recharge port The product shipped fast and safely I will be returning customer without a doubt

They re trying their best and the quality is good
See a lot of people calling it a scam and saying they want their money back which is fair It s a lot of money But with the corona virus they ve been backed up and they re trying very hard to reply to emails because their system failed and all the emails got deleted Not saying it s okay for them to do this but they are trying to fix the situation Haven t gotten my saber yet and it s been 4 weeks exact but I have seen the sabers my friends have and they are pretty good quality You may just have to be much more patient than the average Joe

Company makes good products but took
Company makes good products but took almost 3 weeks to arrive mystery saber so an easy one to ship and they also have no returns without a fee Which I have recently ordered my second one and cannot change something i missed now without costing me money even though it has not been processed and likely wont be for another week at minimum All in all though good product and worth the wait as long as you look through everything first

Ordered 2 lightsabers and got an additional one Total about 350
I recently ordered from Ultrasabers It was my first order with them and I purchased 2 Dark Apprentice V 4 Lightsabers with a coupler to become a double bladed lightsaber The amount I spent qualified me for a deal they had going to get a Free Initiate lightsaber as well So technically I got 3 for 362 which averages out to 120 a piece I find this reasonable I also got strongest blades possible to spar with or hopefully stand up to wear and tear I didn t upgrade to sound installed versions since it was my 1st purchase So far they have given me no trouble I ve gotten hours of use out of them and swung them around in a pretty rough fast paced manner Even dropped them a few times without ill effect So I don t understand the level of hate people seem to show for the company overall I received an e-mail from them saying my hilt would be delayed but it wound up shipping out earlier than they warned me it might Total I waited only 5 weeks from placing my order to it arriving at my door so that s pretty close to the 3-4 weeks originally stated AND they did tell me about the delay I even reached them on the phone once I do understand the disappointment with their customer service but I think the sheer volume of e-mails and calls they receive create part of this problem I m very pleased with my purchase thus far and plan to order again in the future for sure The majority of these negative reviews are from dissatisfied customers during COVID It s common sense people this pandemic has disrupted supply chains and businesses globally But I guess it always feels good to take out your anger on someone Like they went to you forced you to order and stole your money Typical modern thinking of I didn t get what I wanted fast enough so I ll trash you online and try to sue you Tragic that adults behave in such a way acting so petty and lacking reasonable amounts of patience I d bet they have many more satisfied customers like me than rabid hatemongers or they wouldn t stay in business Expressing concerns reasonably is far different that venting angrily people
