Everything from swimsuits to skirts I have bought from them looks beautiful is well-made and fits properly This is my first choice if I m looking for something vintage The quality of their merch is excellent I live in the US

Not perfect but pretty darn close

Let me start by saying that 90 of the items I ve purchased here in the past 3 months since discovering them have been perfect purchases Fit style material overall look - nailed it for my plus size shape And their points system makes the slightly high prices for these items a little easier to bare So for the 10 that didn t work - here s my thoughts I have had minor mishaps with shipping items in a timely fashion especially when I paid for faster shipping One item was sold out by the time they realized their error which was a disappointment for me However the shipping fees were refunded and I was given a discount code for my next order along with several personal apologies from the staff The two times I ve wanted to return an item for a bad fit I was able to initiate the return and have a label in under 2 minutes with a refund code to immediately use that refund on another purchase if I didn t feel like waiting for it I very much appreciated this convenience Overall I like this site enough that I need to be careful because I could very easily blow my budget buying something new here every week

I received an order that unfortunately was damaged so I reached out to customer service their response was quick professional and very helpful Not the first time I ve ordered and won t be the last

I am honestly baffled by some of the poor reviews I see Everything I have purchased from them has arrived in a week I live in US is sewn and designed very well looks fantastic and is a quality item Their sizing is perfect accurate XS is not an L Yay I ve purchased hundreds of dollars worth of clothes merch from Unique Vintage and it s all clothes that last that you can keep My husband even got me a UV gift for Xmas one of my favorite gifts Their collabs are always high quality the Coca-Cola items were amazing I was a custom seamstress for several years this shop deserves five stars in today s mass-produced junk clothes market It seems like the rating is due to shipping issues so I m going to say if you live in the US definitely check them out maybe during a sale I found them about a year ago and they are now my favorite independent boutique

I have ordered from Unique Vintage probably about five times now and each time I ve been impressed with the speed with which the goods arrived and the favorable ratio between price and quality On my most recent order which was a big one they made a mistake and shipped me the wrong shoes But when I drew their attention to it they not only shipped me the right shoes but told me I could keep the wrong ones which spared me the expense of shipping them back And maybe some day I ll be able to use the shoes they sent first If you re outside the US you have to take account of shipping and customs which does add to the cost In case you re wondering I m a photographer I use the vintage clothing for photoshoots

I have decided to rate 5 stars this was for the customer service I received Firstly I was charged 11 50 for shipping due to an error on there website which should of been 0due to the amount I spent I contacted the company and with no hesitation and realising the error they refunded that I received 2 dresses both stunning However one had missing sequins and the other was very large I forwarded photo proof of measurements showing how many inches bigger one size 14 dress was to the other size 14 dress I wanted to return them at no cost to myself Sylvie replied very quickly and told me to keep the items sell them donate them and they will refund me in full Perhaps this is down to the shipping costs to return to the USA The refund was completed straight away Although I didnt get the dresses I hoped for the customer service from Sylvie has been fantastic Simply amazing

Beautiful Emerald Green Dress

Received a very pretty dress recently which I got on a good sale Looks classy and is also comfortable Could be worn with or without petticoat The main shade of green is so pretty Has matching cloth buttons is well-made with pretty fabric Would be nice for work or a date And like everything I ve received from them to date has useful and cute attractive double pockets

Great service

This was my first order with the company I got a notice from FedEx but there was no package Without prompting Unique Vintage sent an email stating it looks like there was a delivery and did I get my package When I said no they tracked it down Turns out FedEx did not scan it properly They said it would be delivered soon That level of service put me at ease I received it today and the dress is just beautiful Will order again Faye Scanlan Norman Oklahoma
