Didn t honor return policy

I tried out a few different football shoes by putting them on in my flat i kept the one that fit and sent the other ones back For some reason one of them wasnt accepted because it had signs of use I tried asking in 4 different emails with different customer agents what those signs were or if they had pictures The only answer i received was we already explained our reasoning Sorry but i have no way of verifying the claims and i dont understand how one boot is different than the others since i tried all of them on the same Ive been a customer for years and bought several boots and always proceeded in the same way But not gonna buy again after that experience
