I paid for an ESA letter from a professional I have not yet received it I received a message stating it may take over 30 days This is not permitted by my property management therefore I ve been charged And will continue to get charged until I provide the documentation I can t afford to purchase another letter but I would of definitely gone with a company that offers a faster turnaround time

They never informed me to qualify and cancel the payment and anyway they sent me the package now the bank charged me for it and I no longer need it They don t inform you if it is approved or not you just send the package I made it for 1 cat and they sent me the collar and its dog collar

Not happy about not receiving the photo copy of my ESA pet Sent in a photo twice as requested 5 times total Still haven t received one I did in fact receive a letter explaining why I need my ESA however my conditions are not my landlords business Again not happy I paid what I did for someone else to know my medical history

I ordered the premium package for my dog After two weeks of not receiving it I called customerservice and was treated very unprofessionally I therefore left negative feedback and then received a text from them offering their apology and stated that they would send me a leash and color for free I therefore changed my feedback to positive big mistake it has been three weeks and I have not yet received them I called them multiple times and left voicemail but have not heard back from them

this business doesn t care about your need I purchased premium package specifically for travel and housing under PSD and they ended sending me ESP without travel docs The product was missing parts and the customer service had no patience to listen to our need They just want money

After reading all of these reviews I am very worried now about getting my order and it not being legit Also worried it will all be junky made as also stated in reviews I emailed about when my order would be shipped and I was emailed back but it had 7 words incorrectly spelled I replied back that now I m really worried about them scamming me And also what is all this about talking to a therapist I never signed up for that

After I purchased the premium option I received a call from a lady asking what option did I want It gave me the impression that I got taken advantage of by United Support Animals It s as if the right hand didn t know what the left hand was doing The whole experience increased my anxiety unnecessarily

You did not make it clear that without being a Service Animal my dog could not fly I sent a payment along then was told to call After speaking to an agent she stated my pet could not fly I asked for a refund and a few days later got a certificate which is useless
